-ELEANOR’S POV-

“So you’re sure you feel alright to leave?” a nurse asked.

“I’m sure,” I said, monotone, emotionless, lifeless.

“Okay dear just sign right here and you’re free to leave. But do come back if you get extremely dizzy or something doesn’t seem right.”

She was an old woman, white hair in a bun, cute little glasses with a little hunch. I wanted to smile but I felt guilty considering the situation. I haven’t slept well the couple days I’ve been in the hospital. He’s always on my mind. I didn’t want to believe he was gone. I had hope he was still alive. Nightmares flooded my dreams like hurricanes.

Now I needed to find him.

I drove home with Molly. Nash, Ian, and Jamie were at the police station still. I heard Jamie was having a hard time with everything, I knew he and Ry were very close.

We pulled up to the sidewalk in front of our building.

“I’m gonna go get some food, do you want anything,” Molly asked.

I shook my head no, “Thanks,” I murmured as I got out of the car and dragged myself through the tall doors to the lobby. It was quiet, everyone was mostly at work. A man in all black sat on a chair by the fireplace, a newspaper covered his face. The secretary smiled at me, but I pretended bot to notice…

I unlocked the door to my condo, everything looked the same. It was so quiet it made me paranoid. The only light was from the big floor to ceiling windows.

A knock at the door made me jump so high, I swear my heart skipped 2 beats. I assumed Molly just forgot her key.

I opened the door but was immediately grabbed and thrown against the wall. Dark eyes stared into my soul, his tight grip made my shoulders ache. It all made sense.

“Why are you doing this?” I whispered.

“Come with me or Ryan dies,” Nathan hissed in my face. He was alive…

“What did you do with him?!” I yelled.

I tried to get out from his hold but that made him push me harder against the wall.

“Nathan, LET US GO!” I demanded. His eyes raged and his hand slapped my cheek fiercely. The tears once again flowed. I whimpered, begged, “Please… please, please.”

“You cheated on me, you will always be mine unless I decide otherwise,” he said firmly. “You WILL do what I say, come on,” and then he dragged me out the door and down the stairs to the back door of our building. He threw me into the trunk and drove off to an unknown destination. He has my wrists and ankles tied and tape stuck to my mouth. I looked at the scar from when he used his knife on my wrist and I couldn’t help but think I would be getting more scars like it…
