I smile walking next to Y/n as we walk to school.
"So..Your parents want dinner with me?" Y/n asks, looking down at me.
"Uhh yeah" I chuckle, rubbing the back of my neck with my free hand, the other holding her bag.
"....Why?"
"Uhhh- I dunno they seemed to like you" I smile.
"Really?"
"Yeah of course" i grin.
"When?"
"Uhmm tomorrow night?"
She stays silent for a moment.
"I will have to check with mum. But I should be able to" She says, pulling out her phone
YES!!
I clear my throat.
"Awesome, hopefully, my mum makes amazing food"
"Better then mine?"
I look up at her wide eyed.
"Huh?"
"I was making a joke"
"Oooh!!" I laugh.
"Was that not obvious?"
"Not really" I chuckle.
"Oh sorry"
"No no no!!" I laugh. "It's okay"
She nods.
"Okay- oh I did my nails again"
I gasp.
"Can I see?!"
She nods, holding up her hands. Her nails having lighting patterns? I raise an eyebrow.
"They look awesome!!"
"Thank you"
"Soo uhhh what's with the lightning patterns?" I ask as we continue walking.
"Oh- I am not sure. I just felt like it" I look up at her raising an eyebrow.
"U just felt like it?"
She nods.
"Yep"
I chuckle.
"Well they look awesome"
"Thank you Denki.. what should I wear? If I am allowed to the dinner"
"Whatever you want" I chuckle.
"...Well what do you want me to wear?"
"Just wear whatevers comfortable" I chuckle.
"...But I do not want to wear the wrong thing" She says, rubbing the palm of her hand with her thumb. She does that alot. Is she...nervous?!
"Okay how about this" She looks down at me. "I'll come over and we'll pick out an outfit together yeah?" I smile.
She raises an eyebrow but nods.
"Okay"
"It'll be fun"
She nods.
"Thank you"
"No problemo M'lady."
