I sit in my room, thinking over the whole situation today. I feel like I did a terrible job. I am aware that Denki reassured me. However the guilt feeling still stays.
"Y/nnnn, guess what I have" I turn to mother. Seeing her hold my old baby book. I roll my eyes.
"Mum please-" I start but she interrupts me. Sitting down as we go through.
"This was when u were born, you were such a loud baby." She chuckles. I face palm. "Oh! We should invite Denki round- how was ur day today? You met his parents officially hmmm??"
"I had already met them before-"
"But this was a proper meeting"
I nod. "And it went fine"
"It did?"
I nod again.
"Awww amazing I'm so glad. So when are you gonna date?"
I turn to her, raising an eyebrow.
"Pardon?"
"Come onnnn Y/n, you obviously like him!!"
"Obviously?" She grabs my cheeks
"I can see it in ur eyes!! Besides he's alllllll u talk about!" She laughs.
