The police escorted us to my house less than a mile away. We had a police car in the front and two police cars in the back. The police told me not to get out of the car until the police were at my door telling me to come out. When we pulled into the driveway two police officers knocked on the front doors of my family's mobile home. After about three knocks I saw the cops yell and I couldn't really make out what they were saying. After a couple more knocks they kicked that poor door in. My hand was starting to sweat from holding Jane's hand. Our hands were turning red but neither of us noticed since our eyes were glued to the police men standing at my front door.
After they kicked the door in my dad ran to the door. I had never seen him so outrageously mad I started shaking and Jane and Mr. Morris both saw how terrified I was. " Now Alex you don't have to go in just tell me where your stuff is and I'll get it," said Mr. Morris. I knew I needed to go in and hopefully say my final farewell to that old house. "No I will still go," I said. My dad was on fire now that the door was knocked in but the police showed the search warrant enlisted with the right to take my things. The police came to the door and we stepped into the house and that's when I was attacked.
