"Well she got a little bit of marker on the arm part and she was asking for a new one just because she had one dot of marker on the backpack. That would have been the third backpack this year! I told her I wouldn't get her a new one and she stormed out. She ran so fast I couldn't catch up with her."
"You didn't answer my other question why is she shaking?"
"She's knows she is going to get in trouble for all the lies she has been telling."
"I tend to believe it will be the other way around. Your honor I would like to call my first witness to the stand."
    "You may do so."
"I would like to call Mrs. Mary Jennings to the stand. Mrs. Alexandra Jones' bus driver."
"Were  you driving the bus when Mrs. Alexandra's backpack broke?"
    "I was."
"Did the backpack have a small dot of marker or was something else wrong?"
"She had had the same backpack for three years while she was riding my bus. The day before she stopped coming to school as she was getting off the bus the poor beat up thing ripped straight in half!"
"Your honor you can see that the defendant is not speaking honestly. The backpack did not have a spot of marker but ripped straight in half! She also hadn't had a new backpack in three years it wasn't her third backpack that year, it was her third backpack she had had in eight years of school! Thank you Mrs. Jennings you may step down. Your honor I also have the backpack." Mr. Morris stepped away to show my poor beaten up backpack that I had just set in the stand.
Now it was my mothers turn. "Your honor I would like to call my son, Alex's brother Marc to the stand."
     "Go on."
"Now Marc how was your sister like at home?"
"Well Alex was always so bossy and mean. Mommy and Daddy were both really nice to her but she was always ungrateful. She ran away after Mommy told her she couldn't have another backpack."
"Now Marc did your sister have her own room?"
     "Yes."
     "Her own room?"
     "Yes."
     "Was she loved?"
      "Yes."
"What are your feelings for her now?"
" I hate her! She sent Daddy to jail and caused us a lot of problems for us! She was always mean to me too!"
Then it was Mr. Morris' turn. "Your honor I would like to call Mrs. Alexandra Jones to the stand."
