"Dustin," Robin calls, "Dustin, do you read me?"

When there's no response, she continues, "So, Nancy's a genius. Vecna's first victims date back all the way to 1959. Her shot in the dark was a bullseye."

"Okay, that's totally bonkers, but I can't really talk right now." He replies quickly.

"Wait. What are you doing?"

"Breaking and entering in the school to retrieve confidential and extremely personal files."

Angie snatches the cerebro out of her hand, "Can you repeat that?"

Dustin sighs, "Just get your ass over here, stat. We'll explain everything."

"I thought they were talking to Ms. Kelley." Nancy exasperates.

"Gosh," Angie scoffs, "We leave them alone for two hours."

"Tell me about it," Robin grins, leading the way to the school.

When they arrive, they dash through the halls, trying to find the others.

"Dustin,"

"Steve,"

Within seconds of Angie's call, he emerges from Ms. Kelley's office.

"Hey, what's going on?" She questions as he gently grabs her elbow to gain her attention.

"I don't know." He admits, "But I think Max figured something out."

"Where is she?" Robin appears.

"She went that way." He points, following Dustin down the hall.

When they find her, it's as if she's frozen. Her eyes are fixated on an empty wall in front of her.

Angie dashes before them, reaching her first, "Max," she calls to no avail, "Max,"

Max breaks out of her trance, turning to her, "Hm?"

"Are you okay?"

"Honestly," she takes a deep breath, "I don't know."

She shines her flashlight onto the wall, checking that it is in-fact empty.

"It was here," she mutters, "right here."

"What was?" Steve questions, flanking Angie's side.

"It was a clock-- a big clock."

He gives her a concerning look, as if she's gone crazy.

"I swear," she pleads, "It was right here."

"A grandfather clock?" Robin asks, gaining a nod from Max.

"It was so real... And then, when I got closer, suddenly I just... I woke up."

"It was like she was in a trance or something." Dustin explains.

Angie sighs, mumbling, "Exactly like what Eddie said happened to Chrissy."

"Yeah,"

Max spins on her heel, "That's not even the bad part." she sprints through them, back to Ms. Kelley's office, "Fred and Chrissy, they both came to Ms. Kelley for help. Uh, they were both having headaches, bad headaches that wouldn't go away. And then..."

She begins to get visibly overwhelmed, so Angie walks around the desk, wrapping her arm around the girl. Max flashes her a grateful smile before she continues.

"Then the nightmares. Trouble sleeping. They'd wake up in a cold sweat. Then they started seeing things. Bad things. From their pasts. These visions, they just... they kept on getting worse and worse until eventually... everything ended."
