"I still can't believe I found this trail. It's so pretty." Dahyun said as she admired the view that the nature trail provided.

There were more beautiful flowers down this path than you've seen in so long and you're taking it all in.

"It's beautiful. I'm having so much fun."

She looked at you with those beautiful brown eyes and her smile that always makes you swoon.

"Look at that gazebo over there! It's got such a pretty view. Let's go look at it!"

She tightened her grip on your hand and pulled you along with her as she excitedly ran over to the gazebo.

It was by a pond and you could hear frogs in the distance the closer you got so you knew it was going to be pretty.

But the faster you moved, the tighter your chest began to feel.

"Oh, wow. Look at this view." Dahyun said in awe as she looked around.

You, however, immediately took a seat on one of the benches.

The wooden floor creaked beneath your feet and you frantically reached into your pocket for your inhaler.

The sound of you wheezing and struggling to get air into your lungs was heard by Dahyun and she ran to you right away.

"Baby?"

"I can't find my inhaler." You gasped and looked at her with wide eyes, feeling your lungs tighten more. "I can't breathe."

Dahyun reached into her bag and looked inside to see if she still had your extra inhaler in it.

It doesn't have many puffs left but it had more than enough to stop your attack and to help you breathe normally again.

She always keeps an extra on her when you get your refills each month so that way, in case an emergency like this happens, you never have to worry too much.

It took a few seconds for Dahyun to see the familiar blue top beneath her wallet but once she did, she pulled it out and took the blue cap off.

"I've got your extra. Here, baby."

You parted your lips just enough to get the inhaler into your mouth and she pushed down on it before listening to you breathe the medicine in.

She did it once more and then put the cap back on before putting it back into her bag.

"Doing any better?"

You reached for her hands and she intertwined your fingers and listened to you breathe.

The wheezing stopped after a few seconds and you began to breathe normally again.

"There we go. Your breathing sounds much better."

"It's so nice being able to get air in my lungs." You said, looking as relieved as you felt. "I feel so much better."

"I bet you do." She smiled before letting out a sigh. "I'm sorry I made you run like that. Sometimes I forget that your asthma just can't take it. I feel bad."

"Don't feel bad. It happens. Besides, you basically saved my life by keeping that extra inhaler on you. So don't worry. You're forgiven." You teased before kissing her cheek.

"I'm glad. Because I don't know what I'd ever do without you."

"Me neither." You said before standing up. "Now, let's take that view in."

You walked over to the edge of the gazebo to look at the water and admire nature.

"I already am." Dahyun quietly said as she kept her eyes on you.
