See, Stiles was not having a good day. First, it started on the previous night, when he and Scott had witnessed a deer run straight into the windscreen of Lydia's car. There was no explanation. The terrified creature ran right into their car when it hadn't been there a moment ago. Then there was the fact that in the middle of English class, he was attacked by crows. And not in the way you might think, where he got swooped or something. No. His entire English class was attacked by crows. A whole horde of them had flown through the windows. Some had died, some cracked it, and some made it through before they were loose in the classroom and were clawing, pecking and attacking them all. At least until they all finally dropped dead in a tornado of black feathers that then littered the floor.
And now, he was, after that traumatic event, walking through the hospital with Scott – who got out of English early – as they hoped to find Isaac. The beta, along with Erica and Boyd, the other members of Derek's pack, had been missing for months. Isaac and some girl had turned up at the hospital, and now they'd had to get to Isaac before whoever had kidnapped Isaac to begin with came after him again.
"Yo, what just happened? Are you alright?" Stiles asked as he found Scott again. They'd initially walked in together before splitting up in hopes of finding Isaac first. Melissa had tried to hold off on telling her son as long as possible, but there was only so much she could do before this supernatural business became too much for her expertise. It wasn't in Scott's expertise either, but he was at least better equipped to deal with it.
"I don't know. That was really weird," Scott answered as he stared at the empty hallway where a blind man had just stood.
"What was?"
"The blind guy. I just get the sense that –"
"Scott, it's a blind guy. How dangerously supernatural can he be?"
"No. It wasn't the blind guy. It was the woman he was with. I feel like I've met her before."
Stiles just furrowed his brows. "Who was the woman?"
"I don't know. The blind guy called her Angie and –"
Stiles grabbed Scott by the collar, his body unbelievably tense as he startled his best friend.
"Stiles, what the hell are you doing?!"
"You better not be messing with me," Stiles said cryptically. "I swear to god, Scott, I will never forgive you if you're lying to me."
"Lying about what?"
"Her name. You're sure that was her name?"
"Yes, I'm sure! He called her Angie. What's your deal? Who is Angie?"
Stiles's arms seemed to go slack as he let go of Scott. "You don't remember?"
Scott shook his head, unable to find the memory. "Who is she?"
Now Stiles was the one who stared out the way that the blind man had gone – the blind man and the woman who guided him along – as if seeing hope down the hollow corridor.
"She's my sister."

Isaac may have been saved, but now, their focus had shifted towards the woman who had broken Isaac out to begin with. Who were 'they'? That had been the secret Derek had been forced to reveal to Scott and Stiles. The people who had truly kidnapped Isaac and who were behind the crazed animal behaviour. The alphas. A whole pack of them. A whole pack of them that had arrived in Beacon Hills, and it was unclear what they wanted and what they were after besides Isaac and this mystery girl.
