"You ready?" Jax asks over his shoulder as I take one last look in the mirror. Even though I wasn't officially in the pack, I was still Jax's mate so I was to stand by his side during the ceremony. But either way I would still go, for Jen. This was her big day, this was what she had always dreamed of, finally escaping my parent's grasp and returning to pack life. It's all I ever wanted for her and I would be there for her. I wanted to see her get everything she ever wanted in life, if anyone deserved it, it was her. I took one last glance at myself in the mirror. I let my hair fall down in loose curls, I wore a simple light green dress with thin straps. The silk dress fell right above my knees, my waist covered in a thick white ribbon that tied in the back. I wore some simple strapped white heels. I looked down to the flower crown on the counter, thinking of Blair and how she made it for me to welcome me to the pack, I decided to wear it. I adjusted it perfectly on my head slipping some bobby pins in to keep it in place. I still wasn't exactly comfortable wearing stuff like this but for Jen, I'd make do.

"Yes, coming!" I told him, my excitement was too great. I practically skipped out of the bathroom as I met with Jax. He was wearing a black button up shirt, with the first two buttons undone. Giving me a tease of what was underneath, his sleeves were rolled up to his elbows. He had black slacks on with black oxfords on. His hair was licked with just a small amount of gel still giving his hair freedom to move. The sight of him made my stomach flip with another type of excitement, his eyes raked over my body as he took me in.

"Beautiful as always." He purred as he extended his hand out for me to take. I grabbed his hand as he lead me out of my room. I had always hoped this day would come for Jennifer, but now that it was here I could barely believe it. I couldn't keep the smile off my face as we walked down the steps of the pack house.

"Well that's not a sight I see everyday." I can hear Zane say at the entrance of the private kitchen. He was wearing a white button up shirt layered with a grey vest and black slacks. His hair was cut, leaving only a few inches of hair left enough for him to run his fingers through. His blue eyes held only pure happiness as he greeted Jax, doing a guy hug patting each other's backs.

"You clean up nice Oakley, and it's not everyday I see you smile so brightly." His compliment took me by surprise, we were barely starting to get along but on a day like this I could see why he'd be in such a great mood.

"You actually look good yourself, I could get used to this new you." I gestured towards his whole body, he smiled brightly showing off his perfect white teeth. I could see why Jennifer was so head over heels with him.

"I've decided to try something new." He joked as he put his chin up high and puffed out his chest, I rolled my eyes at his actions.

"Seriously though I don't think I've ever seen you smile so much." There was no reason why I wouldn't, I was excited for my best friend, my sister.

"I get to watch Jennifer live out her dream, being in a pack, having a mate is all she ever wanted. Today all her dreams come true, I'm so happy for her, she deserves the whole wide world." I told him as we made our way out of the house.

"Yea, I'm happy for her, she's not only beautiful on the outside but on the inside as well." It was surreal to hear someone other than me praise her so highly. The way Zane talks about her with a bright smile on his face just makes me even more happy.

"Looks like she's got you wrapped around her finger." Jax joked looking at Zane. He pushed his hands in his pants pockets and chuckled not even bothering to deny it.

"Yea I guess she does." He smiled looking down at the ground as he bobbed his head. We followed a stone path for a few minutes until we got to a smaller log cabin, it was smaller than the dining hall but still massive. Only this building had no front walls, the sides were covered in glass with logged outlines on the corners, the ceiling had an upwards curve to it. The front was decorated in flower vines and large white vases, about the size of a person, with a colorful arrangement of flowers on each side of the building. The grass floor turned into a white and black marbled floor that stretched almost a mile, maybe more. Black seats were neatly organized in rows, each with at least two dozen on each side of the walkway. Wolves were all dressed similar, semi formal dresses and suits. The pups were running around in their own version of semi formal clothing. They were all happy and chatting with each other, seeming just as excited about the ceremony as I was. I noticed a familiar brown haired girl running around with a few other pups. When she noticed me, she grabbed an older girl's hand and dragged her towards me.
