I know you just want to quit
to give up
to just...die
to let yourself drown and never,
ever, reappear on the surface again.
But trust me,
hope is not for the naïve,
stay strong,
you can survive this,
but only if you let yourself.
Don't let the monsters in the sea
drag you down without putting up a fight.
Because you...are worth it,
trust me.
