83} Delightful Derek and Stressed Pacing

As the physical version of Jenna approached WSQK, the being inside of her switched its eyes back to normal and tapped into Jenna's personality so no one would notice a difference about her.
"Jenna!?" Alice sat up from the couch, running up to her, "Holy shit! What happened to you? How'd you get out of the Upside Down?"
"When I crossed the threshold," She explained, "It was like I was losing control of myself. Steve crashed the car down there and when I came back to my senses, the demo came back. It escaped and opened another gate after I fought it off. Steve told me I should leave since I was feeling weird from being surrounded by the hive mind."
"What about the others?" Joyce joined them, "Is Jonathan okay?"
"They're all fine," Jenna sent her a reassuring smile, "We got into contact with Hopper and El and they're on their way to help. So, what'd I miss up here?"

Robin, Alice, Joyce, Mike, Lucas, and Will all explained to Jenna what she'd missed: how the military took most of the kids in Hawkins, Will's even stronger connection to Vecna, and how Erica was scoping out the military base so they could initiate a plan... which they hadn't quite perfected yet.
"Cargo has arrived," Erica radioed to them, "I repeat, cargo has arrived. They're taking them into a barracks second from the library."
Joyce made a marking on their projection map, "Tunnels," Will placed the overlay on top of it, "Yeah. See? The North tunnel of the MAC-Z runs right underneath the barracks."
"Lucky break," Lucas examined.
"Bound to happen one of these days," Robin fake applauded before leaning her head on Alice's shoulder.

"We're gonna need a lot more than luck if we want this plan to work," Mike reminded everyone, "If we're right, the military is trying to protect these kids. So this barracks is going to be heavily guarded. I mean, we have to dig up into the barracks, unnoticed, grab the kids, get them to Murray, smuggle them out of Hawkins."
"All before anyone notices they're gone," Will looked at the ground.
"Dick," Robin thought aloud.
"What now?" Alice bumped her head off of her shoulder.
"What?" She looked back at Alice, "Oh, sorry, did I say that out loud? I thought I was thinking in my head."
"You're making it sound even worse, Robin," Jenna winced.

"Yeah, right, sorry. You guys know Tom, Dick, and Harry, right?" Everyone looked at her, very confused, "Seriously? None of you have seen The Great Escape? Alice and Jenna, I literally made you two watch it with me a few months ago."
"I fell asleep!" Alice defended.
"I've seen a lot of movies, they all blend together at a certain point," Jenna shrugged.
"That doesn't even make any sense," Robin took a deep breath, "Well, anyways, basically, it's about these POWs, right? And they're stuck in a barracks just like this one and they need to escape. So they dig these tunnels, and they call their tunnels Tom, Dick, and Harry. They have to hide the tunnels from the Nazis. So they put Tom in this dark corner, and they put Harry under the stove, and they put Dick in the washroom. And personally, for us, I like Dick," Joyce looked between her and Alice for a moment, Mike and Will looked at each other, while Jenna and Lucas tried their hardest not to laugh, "Oh, um... sorry. The washroom. I actually don't even... never mind."

"Okay," Joyce tried to calm her embarrassment down, "Say we go with Dick. How do we find the washroom?"
"And how do we get the kids to it?" Will added.
"How do we even know which kids are being targeted by Vecna?" Lucas continued.
"We use an inside man," Jenna proudly smirked, "Someone who is able to get into the barracks, measure the distance to the washroom, find out who's seen Mr Whatsit, all while avoiding the military."
"Who can do all of that?" Mike looked at her like she was crazy, "It just a bit too..."
"Mission Impossible-y?" Lucas filled in the words for him.
"Yeah, Jen, who are you gonna get to do this? Magnum? Bond?" Alice tilted her head to the side.

"No, not a super spy. Someone who flies under the radar and could walk in without being questioned," She turned her head towards Derek.
He took a bite out of a Dorito, "What are you looking at?"
"We need your help, Dipshit."
"I don't give a shit, Zombie Girl. Suck a fat one!"
"Jenna-" Joyce tried to stop her.
"No, give me a sec," The entity scanned Jenna's brain for something, anything, "I'll tell Erica that it was you who put the spider in her clothes the one time she had that sleepover with Tina," his eyes widened, "We both know she'll kill your ass before a demogorgon or Mr Whatsit has the chance."
"Fine," He caved, "What am I supposed to do?"
