Making Their Move

Clinging to the ceiling of her cell, Y/N waited for the robots that brought their food, her patience slowly running out like the strength in her arms.

"This guy better hurry up. I don't know how much longer I can hold on up here."
"Me neither," Blaze was in a similar situation, her fingers digging deep into the stones. The plan was to drop down on the robots from above, break them into pieces and use the parts to create something that would help the, escape. Y/N's arms ached like crazy as she waited for the door to open.

"When are they going to show-?"

"Shh! Here they come."
Both doors opened very slowly, creaking on the hinges. Each robot whirred in, muttering something like "Stupid rank". Silently, Y/N and Blaze dropped down behind them before striking fast and hard. both metal machines slumped to the ground, sparking. With the doors still unlocked, the pair made their escape, creating a fake of each of them out of fire before dragging the robots with them.

"Up here. I know what we can do," Y/N whispered, scrambling up a ladder leading to the catwalks suspended above the lair. They had disabled the alarms easily.

"What? What can we do?"
"Make a few speakers, deafen Eggman then get out of here."
"But how will the speakers help?"
Y/N held up her iPod," He won't be able to stand on his feet with this on full volume blasting out of a set of speakers. Plus if we make a couple of microphones we can deafen him even more."
"So you can sing too?"
"You bet."
"Sweet! Let's go then!"
