Chapter 34: Riley gives birth

Riley's POV

"Riley..the baby isn't coming!" James shouted

"Well maybe if you took your eyes of that stupid damn XBOX you will realize you asshole! My waters have broken!" I yelled

 James realized and looked at me, he called the cab and we then arrived at the hospital, I was put in to a room with James.

"I need Nate" I cried

I felt James grab my hand as he sat next to me "Shh babe I'm here..You don't need him"

I turned and gave him a look "His the baby's dad of course I need him here!"

"Riley..your baby is under a lot of stress your going in to early labour" the nurse said as she walked in.

"What this can't be happening she isn't due until a few months" I asked worried

"The baby is under a lot of stress I assure you she will be fine but we need to get her out as soon as possible...is this the father of your baby?" she asked 

Before I could say anything James answered her question " Yeah I am"

"Just go and get Nate" I said through my teeth

"Babe I can't leave you not like this I can't miss this" 

After about a 20 minutes later I gave birth to a baby girl.

"Is my baby going to be alright?" I asked worried

"Miss Brooke your baby is fine" she smiled as she wrapped her up in a blanket and placed her on my chest

"She is so beautiful...my beautiful baby girl" I whispered

"She is so beautiful" James smiled as he leaned over to look at her

"Can you just call Nate to get here please?"

"Ri..I'm here you don't need him" James sighed

"James he is the father of my baby he has right to be here he had right to see her be born..why can't you just get him?"

"Because he is busy...thats why " James said as he stood up

"Where you going"  I asked

"Going to get a drink..do you want anything?" He asked

I just shook my head, he leaned over to place a kiss on my lips but I looked away.

As James went out of he room I pulled out of my phone and tried calling Nate but there was no answer so I went and called Tara.

Phone call with Tara

T: Hey Ri whats up?

R: Tara..have you seen Nate..I'm back in hospital..and I need to see him

T: What why?! what ha happened this time?

R: Well...I have given birth..don't worry my baby is fine...I told James to go and call Nate but he didn't...and I am worried

T: You have done what?! how come he didn't call Nate?! I'm on my way and I will drag Nate along

R: Thankyou!

As I ended the call James walked in with a coffee in his hand

"Who was you on the phone to?" he asked as he sat down

"I was on the phone to Tara..she is on her way with Nate" I smiled as I looked at my baby

"He was the one who hit you Riley not Brad..so I don't want him near you or the baby" James spat
