One week passed

The next week passed smoothly.

Y/N continued with her daily routine, time with Tiz, and the renovation plans for Jungkook's restaurant.

She and Jungkook stayed in touch every day, finding little reasons to call or text each other.

Then, finally, her father's work out of town was finished.

One afternoon, Y/N and Tiz were sitting together, talking about random things, when suddenly—

Ding-dong!

The doorbell rang.

"I'll get it," Y/N said, getting up.

She walked toward the door and opened it.

A postman was standing outside.

"Miss Lee Y/N?"

"Yes?"

He handed her an envelope.

"This is for you."

Y/N took it.

"Thank you."

The postman nodded and left.

She looked down at the envelope.

The moment she saw the name printed on it, her heart skipped a beat.

Stanford University.

She stared at it for a few seconds before slowly taking it inside.

"Who was it?" Tiz asked curiously.

Y/N didn't answer.

She simply held up the envelope.

Tiz's eyes widened.

"Oh my God!"

She immediately jumped up.

"Open it!"

Y/N swallowed nervously.

"I'm scared."

"Then give it to me. I'll open it."

Y/N hesitated for a moment before handing it over.

Tiz carefully opened the envelope and pulled out the letter.

She unfolded it.

Her eyes quickly scanned the page.

Then her face lit up.

"Y/N..."

"What?"

Tiz looked at her with a huge smile.

"You did it."

"What?"

"You actually did it!"

Y/N's eyes widened.

Tiz began reading aloud.

"Miss Lee Y/N,

We are pleased to inform you that you have successfully passed the online entrance examination and are eligible to proceed with the admission process, beginning next month."

Y/N covered her mouth.

Tiz continued reading.

"For further details regarding the admission process and scholarship examination, please refer to the attached documents or the email sent to your registered address.

We wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
