Time Skip
A few days passed.
Y/N was sitting on her bed, scrolling through her phone, when Tizu walked into the room.
"Hey, babe. What's up?" Tizu asked as she entered.
"Online shopping. I'm trying to find something for Appa's birthday," Y/N replied.
"Great, I should find something for him too," Tizu said, sitting beside her.
Soon, both of them were absorbed in their phones, scrolling through different options.
After spending a long time searching, Y/N suddenly screamed excitedly.
"Yes! I found it!"
She turned her phone toward Tizu and showed her the watch.
"Wow! It looks amazing," Tizu said, looking at the classic yet elegant Cartier watch.
"You know, Appa has always wanted a watch like this, but he would never buy something so expensive for himself," Y/N said.
Both girls became a little emotional thinking about him.
Tizu quickly tried to distract her.
"Look what I found!"
She showed Y/N a toolbox set.
"Wow! A toolbox! Appa will love this," Y/N said excitedly.
They both placed their orders.
"In two or three days, it'll be here," Y/N said happily.
"Nice. Mine will take about five days," Tizu replied.
"That's great. It'll still arrive before his birthday," Y/N said with a smile.
The two girls looked at each other, already excited about surprising Appa.

One Week Later
It was Y/N's Appa's birthday.
To prepare a surprise birthday party for him, Y/N had asked Taehyung to take him on a long drive while she and Tizu decorated the house.
To avoid suspicion, the two girls pretended they had completely forgotten his birthday.
Y/N woke up early and followed her usual routine, acting as though she had to go to the clinic, even though she and Tizu had both taken the day off.
"Good morning, Appa," she said as she came downstairs.
"Good morning. Are you ready for the day?" Mr. Lee asked cheerfully.
"Yes. Today is going to be hectic. Dr. Min has already given me a long list of patients who are coming in today, so I might be late."
She glanced at the clock and pretended to panic.
"Oh! I'm late. Bye, Appa!"
She quickly grabbed her things and rushed out without giving him much time to respond.
Before he could say anything, she was already gone.
About half an hour later, Taehyung arrived.
"Hello, Happy birthday Buddy. How are you?" he asked, noticing Mr. Lee sitting sadly on the sofa.
"Fine," Mr. Lee replied quietly, looking down.
"Oh-oh. You don't look fine to me," Taehyung said as he sat beside him.
