The Next Morning
Y/N and her Appa got ready for the visa appointment.
After about half an hour of driving, they finally reached the visa office.
They followed the required procedures, submitted their documents, and Y/N showed them her Stanford admission letter along with the other necessary paperwork.
The officials carefully checked everything.
After going through the documents and completing the formalities, they finally gave Y/N permission to travel and study there.
The entire process took almost half of their day.
On the way back home, Mr. Lee's phone suddenly rang.
He answered the call and spoke to someone for a few minutes.
Y/N quietly looked at him.
Something seemed urgent.
After ending the call, Mr. Lee sighed.
"Y/N, sweetie, I have to go somewhere for some urgent work. Can I drop you at Tiz's house?"
"Yes, Appa." Y/n nods
After some time, they reached Tiz's house.
"I'll come to pick you up later," Mr. Lee said.
"Okay, Appa."
Y/N waved goodbye as her father drove away.
She turned toward the house and walked inside.
Since she already knew the passcode, she didn't bother ringing the bell.
"Hey, Tizu!"
She walked inside and called her name.
Tiz looked toward the entrance from the living room.
Her eyes immediately widened.
"Wow! You look cute. Did you go on a date?"
Y/N rolled her eyes.
"I went to the visa office. I'm exhausted."
She placed the file on the table before collapsing onto the couch.
Tiz laughed.
"Have you eaten?"
"Yep. We had lunch at a café."
Y/N sighed and leaned back.
"I just need something to drink."
Without saying anything, Tiz walked into the kitchen and returned with a cold drink.
"Here."
"Thanks, bro."
Y/N gulped it down in one go.
Tiz stared at her.
"Slow down!"
Y/N simply smiled.
"Where's Uncle? I thought you were going with him."
"We did go together, but something came up. He had to leave."
"Oh."
Tiz nodded.
A few moments later,
"Did you talk to Jungkook?"
There was no answer.
Tiz raised an eyebrow.
"Y/N?"
Still nothing.
She looked over.
Y/N had already fallen asleep on the couch.
