A Little Earlier
Tiz was lying comfortably on Y/N's bed, scrolling through her phone.
She was chatting with someone and couldn't stop smiling at the screen.
Then—
Knock. Knock.
It was so quiet that she almost missed it.
Tiz frowned and looked toward the window.
Another tiny knock.
She slowly got up and pulled the curtain aside.
For a moment, she froze.
Someone was standing outside.
Then she recognized him.
"Jungkook?"
She quickly opened the window.
"What are you doing here?" she whispered.
Jungkook climbed inside carefully.
"Hey. Thanks."
Tiz stared at him.
"What are you doing here?" she whispered again.
"I came to meet Y/N. I called her, but she wasn't answering."
He gestured toward her phone.
"Then I figured I'd come myself."
Tiz's eyebrows shot up.
"Wow."
She smiled mischievously.
"How romantic."
Jungkook gave her a confused look.
"Do you have a brother?"
"No."
"Stepbrother?"
Jungkook raised an eyebrow.
"No. I have a friend..."
His expression suddenly changed as if he was about to suggest something.
Tiz immediately understood.
"Not interested."
She grabbed her phone and headed toward the door.
"I'm going outside. Let me know when you two are finished with your..."
She paused deliberately, turning around with a mischievous smile.
"...quality time."
"Tiz—"
But she was already gone.
Jungkook stared at the closed door for a moment.
Then he shook his head with a helpless smile.
"Unbelievable." "Such a crazy girl."
He quietly walked over and waited for Y/N to return.
"You?"
She stared at him.
"What are you doing here?"
Then she laughed nervously.
"It must be a dream."
She closed her eyes.
Opened them.
He was still there.
She rubbed her eyes.
Still there.
