"I KNEW IT!" He yelled.

"SHHHHH!" I shushed him.

I heard footsteps upstairs. I looked up the stairs and saw some red hair. Anger and embarrassment coursed through my veins.

"You didn't have to be so loud, Michael." I punched him.

"Ow! Sorry!" He said loudly.

"I think she heard." I said, starting to get nervous.

"Just tell her. It's no biggie."

"What do you mean 'no biggie'?"

"It really isn't. Unless you get shot down."

"That helps a lot."

He laughed.

"Just tell her."
