A Second Chance

"where is sara?"

Sara

"What?" I asked in disbelief.

"It's your-"

"SARA!" His voice boomed.

I jumped up and ran upstairs. I locked myself in Luke's room. I could hear him walking around downstairs. My heart raced, fear washing over my body.

"WHERE IS SHE?" He yelled. 

I could hear the others trying to calm him down. Then I heard a loud thump. I tried to calm myself down. I was basically hyperventilating. I could hear Papa walking up the stairs with loud feet.

"WHERE IS SARA?" He yelled.

I cried silently, and walked up to the window, opening it enough for me to jump out of. I jumped out of the window and landed on my feet. I started running, as fast as I could.

Luke

He started to look in every room. He got closer and closer to my room, which I knew Sara was hiding in. I looked back downstairs, where Ashton and Calum tried to stop Michael's face from bleeding so much.

"Who was that?" Ash asked me.

"Sara's father." I told him.

"Oh god." Calum said, starting to panick. "Oh my god. Where's Sara?"

"SARA!" I heard Sara's father yell.

I ran up the stairs and to him. 

"Please, sir. She's not here." I lied.

He opened the door to my room, busting the lock. He slammed the door open and looked around. I only saw the wide open window. Sara's father pushed me aside and walked out the house. I ran after him, and saw he was catching up to Sara.

"SARA!" He yelled.

"PLEASE, SIR! STOP!" I yelled at him.

He started running faster. I ran ahead of him, and to Sara.

"Sara, he's getting closer. Go to the police station. It's a few blocks ahead. Just go straight and it's the first building on the left. Run! I'll get the others." I told her.

She nodded and ran as fast as the wind. Her father ran straight past me, and was getting closer to her. I ran behind them, watching everything happen. She ran into the police station, and her father did too. I heard a loud scream.

I ran into the station, and saw him punching Sara in the face. Police men started to grab him, and pull him away. Some of the police men got punched, but they carried him away from Sara and arrested him. I ran up to Sara, and she was being carried outside and ambulances were already parked outside. They put her in the bed, and drove to the hospital. I ran back to the house, where Michael was laying on the couch with a ice pack on his cheek.

"All I did was tell him to calm down." He sighed.

"Why'd he do that? Where's Sara? Where's he?"

"Sara had jumped out the window and ran, but her father ran after her. I told her to run to the police station, and she did. They arrested him, and she's being transported to a hospital." I told them.

"Let's go see her! She needs us." Calum said.

"Wait a while, Michael fell asleep." Ashton said.

Michael snored loudly.

"MICHAEL WAKE UP!" Calum yelled.

"AAH!" Michael jumped up. "What was tha-"

"We're going to the hospital to see Sara. Come on."
