Ashton woke up on the couch, unable to remember if he climbed on it by himself or if someone lifted him. His mouth was dry and his neck was sore. He slept almost ten hours and he had no idea Luke bite him in his sleep again. He wasn't a complete human and there was something addicting in his blood that Luke had a hard time leaving.

He pulled himself to sit and a groan of pain left his lips when a sharp sting attacked his head. Luke was outside, not caring how he made the human feel as long as he got what he wanted.

Ashton blinked several times, and stared at his surroundes until it hit him where he is. He stood up and walked to the front door, hoping the vampire was gone.

He stepped outside to find Luke leaning on the railing of his porch with a cigarette in his mouth.

"Going somewhere?" Luke tossed the cigarette aside.

"Either you kill me or let me go." Ashton spoke determined, refusing to let Luke control him. Luke found it amusing and a chuckle left his lips befor he stood infront of Ashton within seconds and placed his palm on Ashton's chest, right where his heart was.

"You sure you want me to rip off your beating heart? Because I will."

"I. Dont. Care." Ashton spoke clearly and Luke raised his eyebrows at the brave boy even though he could feel his heart beating faster.

"Fine. Go," Luke took a step back and motioned Ashton toward the main road.

Ashton looked at Luke for a few more moments befor walking toward the road slowly. He didn't think Luke would kill him but he didn't think he will let him go as well. His steps were slow and hesitants and he wondered if Luke was just playing tricks on him.

He started going faster when he realized it was real, that Luke wasn't following him. He was on the main road now and out of Luke's sight as he started running. The adrenalin burned in his veins along with the fear and he didn't remembered running any faster then this in his entire life. He kept running on the road, knowing going into the woods wouldn't be a good idea. He rushed his legs faster even though he had no idea where he was running or where he will go when he'll have to stop running. Despite running more then ten mintues he refused to let himself slow because he couldn't take the risk of being found in the third time.

He was about to go down and run into the woods when he realized the road wasn't going to end anytime soon and it was quite exposed but then a car raced toward him, stopping a few feet from him.

The young man wasted no moment in stepped out of his car and Ashton could tell by the smirk that he knows about the blood that ran in his veins.

"I think you're the only human who's left, I mean, I sensed you a mile away from here."

Ashton stared at how sharp his jaw was and at how dark his eyes were as he came closer. He was only a feet from Ashton when Ashton noticed a black wolf lorking them both in the woods. Ashton throwed himself on the ground when the wolf jumped toward them and just as he opened his eyes, he saw the wolf catching the other guy and ripping his back.

He pulled himself to sit and then the wolf turned to him. He was about to jump on him and Ashton instinctively put his hand infront of himself in order to protect himself.

And from some reason, that caused the wolf to fly aside and crash on the ground. Ashton felt the heat spreading in his arm and he stood up with wide eyes, staring at the wolf.

He swonged his arm again and wolf was pushed to his right, this time more gently.

A deep frown formed on his face and he stared at his palms with a complete shock.

He didn't knew that wolves usually comes in pack and that the other wolves lurked in the woods as well.

He started panting and the warm spread to his neck and chest, causing him to panic and not pay attention to the rest of the danger, the wolves that had him circled.

"I told you you're not human." Luke showed up from behind him.

"I'm burning." Ashton breathed out and Luke knew what he meant.

"I know." Luke stared at Ashton's reached out hands.

A wolf groweld and slowly made their way to them, making them both look aside and stare at him. Luke knew they were there but Ashton realized only now and the wolf caused him to understand that there are more.

"Were surrounded." Ashton looked around them and then at Luke, who only looked irritated by the wolves.

"Fucking christ, why do you have to do troubles?" Luke muttered to Ashton, he only had to keep him alive for one more day and then he could let him die.

That is, if he could stop craving for his blood.

Luke turned his back to Ashton befor ordering him to climb and moments later feel his burning arms around his cold neck.

Luke ran out of there in his unnaturally speed and made Ashton hold tighter and close his eyes as the strong wind attacked them.

Luke stopped at once and Ashton let go the second he felt the stable ground.

Ashton didn't say a word as he took a few steps away from Luke with his lip between his teeth and trying to bare the pain. He closed his eyes and tried taking deep breathes to hold back whatever his body held back.

"It'll be less painful if you won't try to control it."

"I'll explode if I won't-"

"You won't. Beside, it might help knowing what you are."

"I'm human, its your blood that doing this to me." Ashto spat.

"No its not." Luke spoke simply.

"Yes it is." Ashton insisted. He refused to believe a part of him is not human because then what it says about his parents? That he wasn't really their son?

"Just stop fighting this." Luke snapped as he grabbed his arms and pulled them out, making it harder for Ashton to fight the feeling.

"Let go." He whispered.

"Make me."

"Let go!" Ashton raised his voice.

"Not scary enough." He shoke his head.

Ashton started kicking and moving around until he felt the burning sensation again and then Luke was pushed a step back. It was forcful but Luke was ready to be hit and all he did was to move a step back.

"I hate you! I just want you to leave me alone!" Ashton screamed and then stormed away from Luke, leaving him to stare at his back as he stomped away.
