Luke lifted Ashton's shirt and saw the blue marks that appeared on his waist. A sign of his fingertips just where Luke pressed when he kissed him. Its been noon already and Liam was supposed to be here so Luke decided to wake him up.

It wasn't supposed to, but it made Luke feel good when he saw what he have done to Ashton's waist, the blue marks somehow increasd his ego.

"Ashton." He shoke him and it didn't took a second time for Ashton to open his eyes, ever since the pills left his body he wasn't a heavy sleeper anymore and he didn't slept as much as he did at first.

He pulled himself to sit and scratched his arm in the process.

"Liam should be here soon."

Ashton didn't replied and instead just kicked the blanket aside and walked into the bathroom.

Luke walked downstairs and looked out of the window of the living room even though he didn't had to, if Liam was near by he would have sensed him befor he would have seen him.

Ashton joined him a few mintues later, looking disturbed and worried.

"Don't wait to get this over with, listen to what he says." Luke looked at him.

"Why? What do you know that you're not telling me?"

"Liam will tell you."

"But-" Ashton started but was cut off by the door bell.

"Is it him?" Ashton whispered and everything in his stomach twished again.

"Yes." Luke walked past him to open the door and Ashton felt so nervous he wanted to throw up. He had no idea why he was so nervouse, Liam was the same Liam he talked to befor, he just found out other things about him.

Liam wasn't a different Liam now but he wanted to tell Ashton the whole truth and Ashton already knew he wouldn't like it.

"Ashton." Liam cut his thoughts and Ashton raised his head to look at him and couldn't help but to feel the pang in his heart.

"Talk." Ashton looked at him and tried hiding the emotions his eyes were giving.

"We should sit, there's a lot I have to tell you."

So they both walked to the dining room and sat infront of each other, mainly because Ashton didn't want to be close to him and Luke leaned on the door frame with his hands crossed on his chest.

"I'm sorry I lied all of those years-"

"If you're here to apologize-"

"I'm not, I'm here to tell you things you have to know."

"So tell." Ashton took in a sharp breath, restraining himself.

"First, your parents-"

"Don't talk about them." Ashton cut him, anger lacing in his voice.

"Ashton."

"How long did you knew they were going to die and didn't tell me??" Ashton pushed his chair back and stood up, raising his voice.

"Ashton-"

"What make's you think you can just talk to me like nothing happened? You let them die-"

"I didn't-" Liam stood up as well.

"You could have told me! Maybe I could have save them." Ashton felt the warmth filling him but he didn't care this time. Luke stood straighter, preparing himself if Ashton will burst or simply just attack Liam. He knew it was just a matter of time until Ashton won't be able to hold himself.

"They weren't your parents!" Liam spat befor he could stop himself. He didn't want to tell it that way.

"Blood doesn't define me."

"Yes it is. You and I Ashton, we have the same blood."

It took Ashton a few moments but eventually he found his voice back.

"What?"

"Please sit." Liam sat back and Ashton sat down as well.

"We're brothers." Liam repeated slowly again.

"Your mother was really your mother but we share the same father."

"My father was your father too?"

"No. You never met him. He lives outside the shell."

It was silent again and Ashton fought the urge to leave the room because he already felt like it was too much.

"There's something else," Liam started again, trying to ignore the look in Ashton's eyes.

"You're not.. human, Ashton," Liam spoke and his eyes flickered to Luke that stood behind Ashton.

"I already know that."

"You have to keep it a secret-"

"Luke knows. And his friend."

Liam looked at Luke and he really didn't want to have to trust or relay on him but in that moment all he had was Luke nodding him to reassure that it was kept a secret until now.

"Your blood is something that-"

"I don't care about that. Why didn't you tell me you weren't human all of those years?"

"Because I couldn't. I had to fit in."

"Why did you pulled me out?" A small frown formed on Ashton's face.

"Because you didn't belonged there."

"How do you know were brothers?"

"Our father. He is also the reason I had to leave you in the woods-"

"And my parents? How did they died?" Ashton cut him, suddenly having so much questions to ask.

It was silent and Liam didn't knew how to tell him the thing he tried avoiding most.

"How?" Ashton repeated.

"Six months after they separated you."

Ashton felt a strong stab in his chest and this time he didn't feel the warmth filling his body. He felt numb.

"We're done here." Ashton spoke bluntly and then stood up and left the room.

Liam knew this will be his reaction and its why he tried avoiding telling Ashton that part. But he couldn't avoide it forever and in some point Ashton would have to find out.
