Brent's P.O.V

I smiled at Lacy as she rolled from her back to her stomach gurgling. She had just starting rolling around and making noises so to be honest I was pretty excited. As much as I didn't want her to grow up it was pretty exciting to see her accomplishing so much. I think she was nine months now. I'm not sure, it seemed so quick. It seemed like Katie had just had her yesterday. Well, Katie and Todd.

In fact Katie was already pregnant with another. Those two defiantly kept busy.

"Brent! Does she need a change?" Katie yells at me from the other room. At the moment I'm in their lounge room chilling on the couch with Sam. I turn to look at him to find he's actually asleep. I think he works to much but he just won't slow down. I guess he just works so much because he doesn't have anything else to do. Todd on the other hand I think needs to work more. He uses the excuse, oh, Katie needs help with Lacy. Which she doesn't. She's an amazing mother and you'd think this was her fifth kid not her first.

"Probably!" I yell back at her not game to have a smell for myself. Babies are great and all but the poo, wee, spew and boogers weren't up my alley. Especially the nappies. I mean when we have our kid I think you know who'll be doing all that work. But then that in itself brings a pang to my heart.

"That doesn't help." Todd says as he walks in and picks up Lacy and has a smell. I scrunch up my nose at his action, eww much?

"How do you do that?" I ask him amazed as Katie walks in ready to put Lacy to bed. Katie laughs at my questioning as Todd just shrugs.

"When you have your own kid it doesn't really matter." He tells me and somehow, I don't know how but I understand that.

That's when Mum walks in the door and greets everyone. All us kids as Mum still calls us even though we're apparently soon to be engaged, married and owners of multi millionaire businesses are going out for the night. So of course Mum offered to look after Lacy. Ever since that child was born my Mum has been by its side. I said it was her old woman genes kicking in but thats when she kicked me telling me she's not old. I'll tell you something, that kick proved she was not old.

"Okay, are you sure your okay?" Katie asks Mum for the hundredth time as I wake Sam up. He grumbles a bit but finally stands up. This night was his idea anyway so he wasn't going to be sleeping through it.

"Of course!" Mum replies cheerily as she flicks on the baby monitor to Lacy's room. We all smile at my Mums enthusiasm before we all high tail it out of there. I can see that Katie and Todd are enjoying this though. And they should, it's nice for them to get a little break.

We all climb in my car (limo) and Sam whispers the directions to my driver, Boris. Sam has said that he wants this night to be a surprise so obviously that's why he whispers.

We're just mucking around on the way as we watch the chipmunks playing on the TV. I could tell it was Connor who would have been watching that. He's obsessed with the chipmunks even though he's ten. Todd says to give the guy some space but we all tease him anyway because it's just funny. And by all that means all us guys (including my brothers) and their wives and fiancés and some of the kids. Yeah, their was a lot of us now.

I smile as Katie picks up her phone as its ringing and gives me a thumbs up. She came make it. We weren't sure if she could or not because she was busy with some filming and interviews but she could make it. Lately she'd been so busy that I felt like punching anyone who wanted to see her. We hardly got to see her anymore. I missed her so much and I knew the rest of the guys and Katie took it pretty hard too.
