Day unknown: Calum

It had been a week. A week now since I fucked up. I still couldnt believe I had sex with someone else. I was so close to meeting my soulmate and I fucked it up. I just couldnt stop thinking about her. She was probably devistated. I hurt someone that I was meant to be with and love forever.

I hadnt left the hotel room since that night and the boys havent really talked to me unless it was to do with recording. You know, our debut album "5 Seconds of Summer" is released in just under two months and Im not even excited. I could have had her with me when it happened, but Im probably not going to.

I let out a sigh and felt like it was time to leave the room. I walked out, stared at the boys and just left the hotel room in silence. "Calum." I heard someone yell.

I turned around and Ashley was there. My first thought was oh god. I hadnt called or texted her since our night. I wasnt only an asshole to my soulmate for what I did, but I was an asshole to her for leaving without notice.

"Uh hi." I mumbled, slowing down so she could catch me. "Hey." She said. "Why did you leave the other day without saying anything?" She questioned. I stopped and turned to look at her.

"What we did was a mistake. I was drunk and wasnt thinking." I frowned. "But I have a question for you. Do you have a timer?" She gave me a worried look. "Um I uh-" I cut her off. "Fuck." I groaned, slamming my fist against the wall near us.

"Calum Im sorry I didnt tell you." She choked out. I turned to look at her and I saw tears down her cheeks. "Why didnt you tell me? Thanks to you I dont know if Im ever gonna get to meet my soulmate." I yelled, but not to loudly so that no one would turn around. "Hell I dont even know if Im gonna even get one." I was crying now to.

"Yes I know I said Id go to the movies with you, but damn you could have told me about the timer." I was so upset. "Calum Im so sorry." She couldnt even get the words out probably. "Look how about we just to leave. Just delete my number and we will stop talking. If I see you in the streets or in the future, yeah Ill smile and say hello but thats it." And with that I walked off and left her.

The local newsagent was just up the road, so I decided to go take a look around to get my mind off things. Just as I stepped in the shop I saw the newspaper, "5 Seconds of Summer's "Calum Hood" and local girl "Ashley" share a lovely night together." Ashley sold the story. I turn around and she was behind me again.

"Wow congrats, you got your 15 minutes of fame. Are you happy now?" I pushed the newspaper infront of her. "Calum." "Just save it. Just never ever talk to me again." She looked down in shame. "Before I walk away, I wanna know. Why did you go to the local paper?" She looked back up at me. "Because I needed some money." She mumbled. I couldnt believe it. Ashley did this all for money. "Well I hope you enjoy your money and your life. Goodbye Ashley."
