Chapter 27
Glen’s POV
I heard her. The brown headed girl heard her too. I knew what she could do now, and I knew what I was up against now.
I walked up to the girls, the white haired one lying on the ground shaking and the other girl was at her side.
“What am I?” she whispered looking at the brown haired girl
I stood back, just observing from the background. She was more powerful than I thought. I think she was more powerful then she thought herself.
“Are you okay?” The brown haired girl asked looking down at the other girl
“What am I?” she asked again more harshly
“You’re you.” She told her “I already told you that.”
“Why can I do that?” she whispered and it sounded like she didn’t really want an answer
“I don’t know.” I said walking forward and the girl lying down looked up at me “What are your guy’s names?” I asked kneeling down next to her.
“I’m Haley… This is Kayla.” The brown haired girl said trying to help Kayla up.
“What did you try to do?” I asked Kayla who was still shaking from her experience
“Umm… it’s a long story…” she said sitting up
“You’re really powerful.” I said “Are you okay?”
“I’m fine…” she said “I’ll be fine.”
