Until eternity

A new day

Shai POV
I wake up feeling much better, I'm thankful I was able to sleep after last night's episode.
I'm lying down recalling last night's events...

Unfortunately Theo knows about my dream. Yet I feel a bit of relief that he does. I'm grateful he didn't question me about why I have been dreaming of him.

He really is a great friend to have.

I look over at my clock and realize we have to head to set in an hour. If I dont get up now we are gonna be late. I haven't heard any noise from the other side of the apartment maybe Theo is still sleeping.

I sit up and swing my legs over the bed and notice Theo is asleep in my recliner.
Did he sleep there all night? I remember him leaving my room last night. Anyway I better wake him up.

I walk over and put my hand on his leg, "Theo um..its time to wake up, we have to be on set in an hour." I say.

He doesn't budge, so I shake him harder. THEO! WAKE UP! He reaches up and pulls me down on him. "He must be dreaming, because he tells me, "Dammit Ruth just give me five more minutes."

I'm frozen on his lap with his arms wrapped around me and it feels nice..ackward but nice, I could get used to this.

What the hell are you thinking Shai! He obviously is dreaming of Ruth. I snap out of my trance, and yell Theo wake up your dreaming. Its me Shai, and if we don't get our asses moving we are gonna be late!

Theo opens his eyes, and is shocked to see me sitting on him with his arms around me. He stands up quickly and I lose my balance and fall to the floor.

"Shit Shai, are you okay?" he tells me. "How did we, why where you"....he's a bit nervous so I cut him off.

Calm down Theo, I was trying to wake you up, and I guess you where dreaming because you called me Ruth and pulled me down with you. Said you needed 5 more minutes.

Theo starts to blush a little, so I proceed to lighten the mood, by teasing him a bit. "So Theo, you really know how to knock a girl right of her feet." I tell you Ruth is one lucky girl. How many times have you had to pick her up off the ground.

He starts laughing, and apologizes. "Very funny, Shai" is all he says. Anyway we better get ready before Neil has our heads on a stick.

We are ready and heading down to the jeep, when I decide to ask Theo why he slept in my room last night. "Theo when did you come to my room last nite?"

"He proceeds to tell me, he was worried about me, and wanted to make sure I was okay before he went off to bed himself. "I must of passed out on your chair." he says.

I just look at him, and he looks at me and we are just staring at each other. We must of been doing this the whole ride down, because we snap out of it when we here the bell to do the door opening. I smile and say thank you for caring, and we head to set.

Theo POV

We are driving to set and I can't believe I pulled Shai down on to my lap. I'm not a morning person and usually Ruth is the one always shoving me to get up. I must of forgot I wasn't home with her.

I hope Shai doesn't get the wrong idea. We have gotten quit close and I don't want anything to ruin our friendship.

I feel like I can truly be myself when I'm around Shai. Hell the whole cast makes me feel happy. Sometimes its nice to let loose. Ruth doesn't like to get to wild, I guess you could say that is the British coming out in her.

Often when me and Ruth are together, its a much different vibe. I don't mean that as a bad thing, but she can be real serious at times. I guess you could say she keeps my head out of the clouds.
