Life could be perfect this way

We get home to our place and just as we walk in we get a text from Miles "We got the alcohol you get the snacks. We will be there in an hour."

"Crap Theo we need to go to the store. How come he couldn't have texted 10 minutes ago." Theo tells me to go get ready, he'll run to the store.

I take a quick shower and am in my closet looking for something to wear. I find myself wanting to pick the right outfit for Theo. I laugh a little because I've never really been that girl.

You know the one who wants to impress a guy so much. I pick the usual, black tank top, cut off shorts, and combat boots. I decide black eye-liner and red lips would be perfect.

I hear Theo callin my name, and I walk to the living room. He starts to ramble off what he bought but stops dead in his tracks.

"What Theo, is everything okay." He walks up to me and pulls me close. "Shai you look so HOT right now.

We stare into each others eyes and slowly lean in to kiss one another, when someone starts banging on the door.

I slide out of Theo's arms and head for the door. He just shakes his head at me and smiles. I open the door and everyone is right on time.

Its strictly cast tonight, and I'm glad. After all we have the wrap party tomorrow night. We go to set to do a few scenes before Neil will officially call it done.

Me and Theo put out all the food while Zoe and Miles get the bar set up. Ansel as usual is on music duty. Jai, well good ol' Jai is sitting on the couch waiting for his drink.

I look at everyone, and this moment is perfect. If I could freeze time right now I would. I hope we keep in touch.

I know I sound like we are never gonna see each other but its months till the premiere and even longer till we come back for filming.

Theo pulls me from my thoughts by whispering in my ear. "Baby you alright." I smile and whisper "Yes baby I am." I wink at Theo and walk off to Zo.

Geez Woodley, Theo sure does look like he wants to jump your bones. "Zo!" I smak her on the arm.

"Dude seriously, look at the guy he can't stop staring." I laugh and tell Zoe well I may have picked out this outfit for just that reason.

She just laughs and tells me, no judgement here! We make drinks for everyone and all head to the couch.

We are all talking about everyone's next project. We all have something coming up in between filming these movies.

Jai, of course starts to crack jokes about Ansel going from my brother to lover. I laugh and remind him "Don't forget about Miles, I've been there and done that, " winking at Jai.

No fair he tells me, I want in on that. We all just start laughing when Theo chimes in, "Dude wait your turn."

Jai, says Oh yah, you stiffs have to fall in love first before getting it on! I look at Theo and shake my head.

Ansel jumps up, enough with the talking its time to get this party started. He cranks up the music and we dim the lights and start dancing.

Alcohol and music can be a dangerous thing. We've been dancing for a few hours already and we are all pretty much wasted.

Shocking I know. Sarcasm I know. Me and Theo have been dancing for a while when Zoe pulls me away. "Geez Theo, share the love, man" she tells him. She drags me to dance with her just as Theo's phone rings.

He gets this look on his face and I know its her. He puts his beer down and walks towards his room.

I try to act cool and keep dancing with Zoe. We are laughing and grinding on each other acting stupid and the guys can't get enough of it.

Theo walks out of his room rubbing his hand through his hair and I want to go to him but I decide not to.

After all we have to play it cool. Miles yells what time is it and Ansel shouts, 3:30am dude! We all stop in our tracks and look at each other.

"Should we call it a night? After all we still have tomorrow to get through and the wrap party. I tell Ansel to play something soft, so we can wind down.

Everyone starts to pair up and me and Theo are just staring at each other. He knows that I know who he was talking to and i'll be honest it hurts and he knows.

He sees on my face and he approaches me slowly and waits for me to lean into him, like if he is waiting for my permission.

I put my hand over his heart and he grabs it with his. We start to sway to the music and I close my eyes and lean on his chest.

His heart is racing and I fight back the tears. Funny thing is they are not tears of sadness, in fact they are the opposite. Oh how life could be perfect this way. Theo and I together forever.

I close my eyes and envision the life I dream about with Theo and I wonder how we got here. How could someone become instantly connected to each other. How did we fight it for so long.

Ruth comes to mind as she has alot these last few days. There's this quote that comes to mind as I am wrapped in Theo's thoughts swaying to the music. It goes like this..

"Maybe we where together in another life, in a parallel universe. Maybe our paths are not supposed to cross twice."
