Until eternity

Chapter 26

My alarm goes off, and I groan, I so regret all the alcohol from the night before. We have to be on set early today, and I only got a few hours of sleep.

If I don't get myself out of bed now, i'm so gonna not make it in today. I decide a hot shower will wake me up.

After I have showered and thrown some yoga pants and sweatshirt on, I decide I am gonna go make me some coffee. As I am heading to the kitchen I see Theo again shirtless back towards me, singing.

Again i slow my steps because I just love hearing him sing, and who am I kidding the back gives me goosebumps. Why can't I find one of these in America, who isn't taken I tell myself.

Apparently I am side tracked because before I know it, i'm tumbling to the ground shouting "Shit, shit, I stubbed my toe!"

I am laughing hysterically when Theo comes running to me, yelling Damn Shai you okay!? 

Of course what would a day be with out his smart ass comments either, he proceeds to tell me,  You know Shai, its not nice to stare, I mean I know you can't get enough of this hot bod, but I can't be responsible for your accidents. Neil would kill me!

I start laughing even more and proceed to tell Theo he is so full of himself. He reaches to help me up just in time for Ruth to walk in and ask what is going on.

I'm laughing and telling her how big of a clutz I am and she comes to my side and asks if I'm okay. I thank her and let her know I am.

We are all in the kitchen drinking coffee, when Ruth looks at the clock and tells us if we don't get on our way we are going to be late. 

She gives Theo a hug and kiss, (which makes me look away) and then tells us to have a great day, and she will see us in the evening.

I look at Theo and then ask Ruth your not coming to set? She tells me lord no, that she doesn't want to be in the way. That she understands what is at stake with these movies.

She doesn't want to be in the way, I repeat in my head. As much as I don't want to like her (isn't that how all girls get when their a bit jealous) I can't help but appreciate how thoughtful and nice she is.

I give her a hug, and tell her to have a good day. Theo tells me he will meet me down stairs. I guess we are riding to set together.

I'm heading down to meet Theo when the elevator stops, and in walks Zoe. She has the biggest grin on her face, and I can tell she wants to say something.

I just look at her and tell her to spit it out, I know she has something to say. She innocently puts her hand on her chest and says "What are you talking about?"

I just start laughing, and she gives in, okay okay she says what happened after we all left. I hesitate to tell her, just because I don't want to be gossiping, but when I get around Zo, its kind of contagious.

Plus it is nice to have someone you can be honest with. I proceed to tell her about mine and Ruth's little talk on the ride down the elevator, she is just with her mouth open.

She agrees with me, and is curious as to why she looked me up, and also questioned if Theo ever gave her a reason to be so insecure about a co-star.

I just shrug it off and tell her I was wondering the same thing. Zoe also found it odd that Ruth didn't want to join us on set today.

According to Zo and i quote, "She is one crazy girl, with a hunk like Theo I would be attached to him 24/7." I laugh at that comment, and as we are approaching the lobby she sees Theo waiting.
