TWO UPDATES IN ONE DAY I KNOW WHO AM I
AND LOOK ITS CHRISSY (CAT) WITH CAT EARS ON I GOT WAY TOO EXCITED AB THIS
I GOT THE JOB I GOT THE JOB I GOT THE JOB!
I call Grace about 400 times, but she doesn't answer, causing me to huff.
It doesn't worry me though, she never answers her phone when I call. She's probably with Luke.
I grin as I walk down the street, before I hear my name being called.
I turn quickly, seeing Ashton walk up next to me.
"Hi," I say confused, "What are you doing here?"
"I was at the rink," he points to the big circle building a few down from where I now work, "I could ask you the same thing."
"I was at a job interview," I say and he raises his eyebrows, "And?"
"I got it!" I grin excitedly, jumping a little.
"That's great!" He laughs, bringing me into a hug.
I feel my cheeks heat up, before I wrap my arms around him too.
When we pull away, we start to walk a little, "Where you headed?"
"I was going to go back home," I smile, happy with how today is going, "But I have a feeling Grace and Luke are doing a little something something."
Ashton laughs loudly, before taking his hair out of his man bun (Jesus Christ I know), and running his hands through it.
"Well if you want, maybe we could-"
"Yo, man-" Ashton and I both stop and turn around to see a young guy, maybe a little older than us, standing there with an LA Kings hat on. Oh my god, he's getting recognized!
"Ashton Irwin, right?"
Ashton smiles, nodding, "That's me, mate."
"This is sick," he laughs, "You're my girlfriends favorite player, I got her your jersey for her birthday a few days ago."
"Seriously?" Ashton says, completely shocked, "Wow, that's- wow," he shakes his head, "Thanks man."
"Could you sign this? She'd kill me if I didn't get her something," he laughs, and Ashton nods, taking the newspaper and pen, before signing his name.
"Thanks, dude," the guy says, slapping Ashton on the shoulder, "Good luck in the next season."
"Thanks mate," Ashton says, and the guy walks away.
"Did that just happen?" He turns to me, and I grin at him.
"Sure did," I smile, "See, Ashton? You are doing great, that just shows it."
"Thanks Catherine," he smiles at me, making my heart flutter. He was really the only one who called me by my full name, and I still love it.
"So, do you want to grab a bite?" He asks, the smile never leaving his face.
I know I shouldn't, he has a girlfriend, and it'll just make me fall more, "Sure, I'd love too."

"Shut up," Ashton laughs loudly, causing me to pout.
"Don't laugh at me," I say, crossing my legs under the table.
"I'm not, I'm not," he hold in his giggles, "It's just very like you."
"It was traumatizing!" I whine, trying so hard not think back to the time when I met Alex Gaskarth and word vomited that I would father his blue haired children any day. God, this is why I don't go to concerts without Grace.
