DTB and a little bit of No. 6

Update: I just finished watching Darker than Black. I watched the first and second season, and the little mini season that shows what happens in between the two seasons. It was pretty cool.

I'm still a little confused about the whole Hell's Gate thing, and what exactly it is and all that, and about the ending of the second season. I don't want to spoil anything, so I'll try to be as vague as possible as to what I have a problem with.

I wanted more of a confrontation between Hei and Misaki Kirihara. I feel like they should have at least talked more or something. I would have liked to see them work or fight together. That would've been cool.

And I want a better explanation of Hell's Gate, and the whole "prophecy" thing. The whole thing seemed like they had run out of ideas and just threw it together. It needed to be a bit more thought out. I need to read the manga to see if they left some stuff out in the anime.

Speaking of needing to read the manga because it seems like stuff was left out of the anime, I need to do that with No. 6 as well. I want to see if there was more in the manga that didn't make it into the anime because I feel like there were pieces missing. I was really looking forward to watching that, because it seemed cool, but honestly it was kind of a letdown.

But I digress.

Darker Than Black was totally cool! I would recommend it to anyone who likes action and mystery.

November 11 was my favorite character! That guy was a smooth badass. I liked all the MI6 Contractors. Well, not so much that Magician guy, August 7. But July was so freaking cute in the second season!! I'm glad he got a bigger role and about what happens in the end.

Another update! I just started watching Seraph of the End. By the third episode I was hooked, and I'm over halfway through the first season. I'm glad they have a second season.
