Sorry for the longevity of my exclamation, I'm just a bit frustrated right now. I went to town with my family today, to help my brother look for an engagement ring for his girlfriend. We went to seven different jewelry stores and didn't get anything. At the sixth store, my brother vaguely explained the situation to the person helping us. He had already found the ring he wanted at another store.

After the first store, I had tuned everything out and played on my phone for the rest of the stores. So after I heard what my brother said five stores later, I was rather confused. I asked him about it at lunch before we went to the seventh store.

Apparently he and his girlfriend had gone window shopping for rings beforehand, and his girlfriend had decided which one she wanted a long time ago. The only trouble, the ring she wants is out of my brother's price range, him being a broke college student and his paycheck going toward paying for tuition and eventually toward paying off student loan debt.

And she wants a very specific ring that has to be this cut of diamond with this many little tiny diamonds on the side and it can't be too tall, I mean seriously? What does that even mean? Too tall? Is that even a real thing?! I just wasted a precious day of my winter break looking for a thing that has already been found but can't be afforded because it's too expensive and it must be perfect because that's the one she wants and it has to be the one she wants instead of something sensible that they can actually afford to buy!

My stupid idiot of a brother is blowing three months pay to get this ring, instead of just getting her something small and simple that won't put him into debt and I don't know, maybe just getting her what she wants later on when neither of them are broke out of their minds! The idiocy infuriates me!! I'm making noises similar to Robbaz, the Viking YouTuber! I sound like a god forsaken Viking I'm so angry right now! I hate when people are being stupid for stupid reasons! AAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!

Okay, I'm good now. Sorry for the rant, I just needed to blow off a bit of steam. I lost valuable sleep to wake up to go to town this morning, so as soon as I make up that sleep, I should be fine.
