So there's a few mature scenes in this chapter, just as a warning I'll put a little * when they're coming up and another one when it's over so you can skip those parts if you want :)
------------------------------------------------Twins. I couldn't believe it.
"Are you sure?!" I gulped, looking around at Asa. I only thought I had to worry about one baby, when in fact there were two!
"I'm very sure Gemma," Dr Jackson moved the stick around my stomach, "one seems to be hiding behind the other one. Baby one is normal size, but baby two is very small, we'll need to keep an extra eye,"
"Does this mean there's a higher risk of something going wrong then?" I coughed. Don't get me wrong, I was happy. I just didn't want anything bad to happen to my baby.. Well babies now.
"I'm afraid so, but we'll keep a good eye on you and babies. This means that you'll have to come in even more regularly, about once a fortnight."
"I can't believe this.. Sorry," I sniffled, letting some tears slip.
Dr Jackson gave me a sympathetic look, "I'll give you two some time alone, please call me if you need me." She got up and walked out of the room, closing the door after her. I looked at the screen and watch the little blob move around.
"I am happy Ace, it's just I was worried enough when I thought there was only one baby.. But with two, I don't know how my body's going to take this, I just want everything to be okay with them,' I hid my face and cried a little into my hand.
Asa hugged me tightly, "Gem, come on babe look at me," I did as I was told. "No matter what happens, I'll still always love you. Truthfully, I don't know what'll happen to our babies, but I promise that if God forbid something goes wrong, we'll get through it together."
Nodding, I wrapped my arms tightly around him, "I love you so much Ace, you always know how to reassure me and make me feel a tiny bit better. You make me so happy," I buried my head into his neck.
"You make me the happiest man alive Gemma, I'm so lucky to have you. I'm so proud to call you mine."
Giggling a little, I wiped the tears from my cheeks and eyes. "We make me sick," I said playfully, because of our ridiculously cheesy cliché moment.
Asa laughed, pretending to be offended. "No but seriously Gem, I wouldn't swap you with anyone for the world.."
"Oh, that's enough Asa, you're making me blush," I giggled.
Asa kissed me, adding a little tongue action. I shook my head and rested my hand on his chest gently, "not here,"
"Okay, when we get home then? Please Gem it's been weeks,"
I sighed. "Look Asa, I have much more to worry about than your sex drive! But I suppose we can," he looked so happy, I had to laugh.
Dr Jackson came back in with the photos of our baby.. We couldn't see the other one but we knew she or he was still there.
"Thank you," I smiled, taking the photos from her and looking at them. This was so amazing, I couldn't believe I was responsible for these tiny lives.
Asa took one of the photos from me and looked at it, a little tear threatening to escape his eye. I placed my hand on his knee and rubbed it soothingly, "it's okay to cry Ace.."
"I'm so happy. Thank you Gemma, for keeping our babies safe in your tummy."
I kissed his cheek gently and Dr Jackson smiled. "You too are so adorable. Here you go Gemma, you can clean yourself up now," she handed me some tissues and I started to clean the jelly off my stomach. "Do you have any questions?"
I tried to think of a good question to ask, but my mind was just blank. Well, not completely, I was just too busy worrying to think of something sensible to ask.
"No I don't actually at the moment," I smiled. "Thank you, see you in the next fortnight?"
"Yes, I'll see you then Gemma. Bye you two, take care!"
After cleaning my tummy I pulled my shirt back down and threw the tissue paper in the bin, "I need to find a sink Ace, my hands are all sticky." I looked around for a bathroom, and quickly found one.
Asa followed me taking hold of my hand, "ew you're right, they are all sticky," he quickly let go and made a face, wiping his own hands on his pants.
"I told you already!" I laughed, "wait here, okay?"
"Why do I have to wait outside?!" He pouted and gave me those big puppy dog eyes that I usually can't resist.
"Because it's the women's bathroom?" I laughed, gesturing at the sign, "if you come in here you'll probably get arrested." I rolled my eyes playfully at him before opening the door and going inside. I went over to the sink and turned the tap on, rinsing my hands before adding soap and cleaning them thoroughly. When the water got a bit too hot, I walked over to one of those automatic dryer things. It was so strong, the skin of my hands where making weird shapes. I soon gave up after a while and just dried the rest of the water off with a paper towel.
"I'm back! There, that didn't take long did it?" I laughed at the look on Asa's face, "oh Ace, I was only gone for like 2 minutes! Can't even go that long without seeing my beautiful face?" I said jokingly.
Asa made a "yeah right" face at me and took my hand again, "your hands are so soft, how do you keep them like that?"
"I use hand cream, you can have some if you want.. Strawberries and cream too, leaves them smelling amazing and also very soft!"
"No fear! I don't want to smell like a girl," Asa said, wrapping one of his arms around me and pulling me closer to him. I laughed, breathing in the familiar scent of his aftershave.
"What's so bad about apparently 'smelling girly'? I always put your aftershave on sometimes, I have no problem with smelling like a boy," I shrugged.
"So that's where all my aftershave has been going! I go to put some on each day and the bottle just gets emptier and emptier and I know I'm not the one using that much. So it's you!"
I laughed, "what, do you have a problem?" I said raising my eyebrow playfully.
"No actually I don't, I'm starting to think it's sexy you using my cologne," and he smirked.
*
I tutted and smirked, walking in front of him but making sure to swing my hips a little more. I was determined to drive this boy crazy."Gemma! You know what you're doing right now, don't you? If I don't get at least something from you I honestly think I'm going to explode down there, my hand doesn't really take the feelings away that much anymore!"
I laughed and muttered, "poor little Acey!"
Asa sighed and rolled his eyes, quite sick of the way I was behaving, "alright I'll just remember this whenever you want something," he nodded triumphantly and looked at me. I laughed,
"That's completely fine by me, when have I ever asked you for anything anyway?" I giggled.
"You haven't forgotten about what happened a couple of nights ago, right? You woke up, kissing me and all that, and practically begged me to fuck you!" He smirked.
"But someone was too tired to do that, and that same someone ended up using their mouth to pleasure me instead so.."
Whimpering a little in defeat, Asa looked down and pouted. I rubbed his thigh gently, squeezing it a little just below his groin. He glared a little then started smirking as I moved my hand up closer to the bulge in his trousers. I then took my hand away quickly as he started to moan in need, and looked around the car park from inside the car.
*
"For a start, not here.. And not when we get on the road either because you could crash and I'm not having that, so can you wait until we get home?"I'd decided in a very short amount of time that it was mean to keep teasing him, and I would probably feel bad if I just left him like that. He nodded and gave me a big grin.
Bless him.
I laughed and leaned against the seat of the car, rubbing my little pudge gently.
I was determined to keep both my babies safe.
