I know I said there would be an update last Sunday or Monday but my internet was down!! :( this chapter will probably be short but in the next couple of chapters little hints of what Asa's secret is will be coming out
---------------------------------------------------------

After goofing around in the shower for about 15 minutes, we finally decided to get out because our fingers were pruning up and the water was also starting to get a bit cold.

As soon as I stepped out I lifted a towel off the radiator and handed it to Asa before lifting my own one and wrapping it around myself.

My teeth chattered a little as I walked into our bedroom, snuggling into the towel to try and keep warm. "I think I'm gonna wear a nice little sundress today, it seems nice out."

"It's up to you but in my opinion I think you'd look really cute in a sundress," Asa chuckled a little before adding, "how are daddy's babies today?"

I smiled at his cuteness and said, 'they're good I think, now and again I can just feel tiny little nudges against my stomach.. I mean, obviously it doesn't cause pain or anything yet but it just feels weird. In a good way," I blushed at my attempt of trying to explain which just turned into rambling.

"I understand.. Well I mean, I don't understand understand but.. Okay, never mind."

I laughed and went over to my closet, flicking through a few hangers to try find a cute dress. I had loads to choose from, but I just couldn't pick.

"Ace? Could you come here for a minute please?' I called. I watched as he came over to me, placing his hands on my waist through the towel.

"Sure, what's up?"

"Can you help me pick a dress?" I looked at him, giggling a little.

"Do you really want my opinion? Every time you ask me to do this, I pick an item of clothing and you always turn your nose up at it." He said chuckling and rolling his eyes playfully.

"That's because you pick out things that don't actually match," I said, sticking my tongue out at him playfully.

"Well then, you don't need my help." He turned away and started to walk back to his closet but I laughed and pulled him back.

"Come on, you only have to help me pick out a dress. I'll pick out my own shoes because God knows you'll try to make me wear trainers which will not match at all," I said, knowing what he was like. He could hardly match his own clothes without my help.

He smirked, "fine."

"By the way, no black dresses. I want something bright, but not too--"

"You'd just be as well doing this by yourself, you're only ordering me around here." He shook his head but carried on flicking through the hangers. "What about this?" He added, pulling out a baby pink knee length dress. I started at him for a while. "Why are you looking at me like that?"

"That's an old bridesmaid dress Ace. Not a sundress at all." I giggled watching the blush creep up on his cheeks.

"...Oh." He put it back before sifting through more clothes.

After about a half an hour of sifting through clothes, and getting dressed, we were finally ready to make up our picnic.

"We should make some sandwiches definitely because I mean, what's a picnic without sandwiches? And also fruit salad and.. Oh smoothies!" I said excitedly, clapping at my own ideas.

Asa laughed, "okay okay, what flavour smoothie and what sandwiches?"

I thought for a moment, "I've really been craving chicken lately to be honest.. Like chicken salad?"

"And what smoothie?"

"A berry one, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries.. I froze some a couple days ago." I said, going over to the freezer to see. I lifted out the ziplock bag of berries and also a carton of orange juice and set them all down on the island as Asa got the blender out of the cupboard.

"Do you want to start on the sandwiches and I'll make the smoothies?" He asked, looking at me. I nodded and went over to the fridge again and got out some chicken slices and the butter.

"Jesus Christ Asa!!" I yelled, looking at the reddish-pink mess on the floor. He'd pressed the 'blend' button without putting the lid on, so now.. We were completely covered in smoothie.

"I can't believe this, my dress! I'll have to throw it out now!" I shook my head and looked down at my smoothie coated dress.

"Whoops," Asa said, pulling his shirt off over his head. I had to fight the urge to look at his toned body.

"Really? 'Whoops', is that all you can say?" I bit my cheeks on the inside trying to suppress my giggles.

Asa smirked at me when he saw that I was trying not to laugh. "But seriously, we have to clean this up." I pulled my dress off and threw it in the trash.

"Next time, you can make the sandwiches and I'll make the smoothies
