ASA'S POV

As soon as the doctor told us we were having two baby girls, I felt tears of joy slip down my cheeks. I looked at the screen and watched as the two tiny babies moved around a little inside Gemma's tummy, snuggling into each other.

"Oh my God

"Oh my God.. I-I.." Gemma said, tears flowing freely down her cheeks. She looked at me and smiled, "Our two precious baby girls.." I rubbed my thumb against her knuckles, leaning down and kissing her cheek gently.

Dr Jackson smiled, "I'll leave you two alone for a couple of minutes, I'm guessing you'd like the pictures printed out?" Gemma and I both nodded.

"I'll do that right now. Congratulations!" She smiled again before leaving the room. Gemma and I looked at each other, smiled, then both looked at the screen again.

After a few minutes of comfortable silence, Gemma muttered, "I'm so happy Ace.. We're going to have twin girls! I can't wait to dress them in cute little clothes and when they're older style their hair. It's so exciting!" she clapped. Laughing, I leaned down and kissed her lips gently.

I promised myself that I'd be there to protect my 3 girls, no matter what.

After a few more minutes, Dr Jackson came into the room holding our ultrasound pictures. Once she handed them to us she explained to Gemma, "Now Gemma, there's only one more scan to go after this one. I'd say come back in around two months for another check up, but if you feel anything's wrong before that don't hesitate to contact us." Gemma nodded, taking every thing in.

"Okay, thank you!" She started to wipe the jelly off her stomach with a paper towel, before putting it in the bin and pulling her shirt down over her bump.

We both thanked the doctor again before leaving the room. As soon as we got into the car, Gemma squealed with excitement and hugged me tightly.

GEMMA'S POV

Two little girls. I was so excited, I know I said I'd like a boy and a girl but this was far better! They weren't even born and I was already planning out cute little outfits that they could wear.

"Hey Ace, since we just got the gender's, should we go and start looking for cute little baby girl clothes? I mean, the clothes I've been buying have been unisex since we didn't know if they were boys or girls.."

Asa nodded, "yeah that's a great idea. I'm so excited Gem."

I smiled and nodded, sitting back into the seat of the car and fastening my seatbelt. Asa did the same and started to drive to the mall, which had a little baby boutique filled with the cutest clothes. They were so tiny, and the little shoes were so sweet!

As soon as we arrived at the mall, Asa found a car parking space right up near the entrance. We got out and made our way inside, heading straight to the baby boutique. As soon as we walked in, I headed straight over to a little podium filled with little baby shoes and accessories. I gasped, lifting up a cute little pair of tiny pink boots.

"Now these are just the cutest! We have to get them Ace." I looked around for a trolley, and put the shoes inside. Two pairs actually, one for Baby A and Baby B.

"Awh Gemmy, look at these!" Asa said, lifting up little headbands with a Minnie Mouse bow. "I just know they'll look so sweet wearing this."

"Yes, let's buy them!" I said excitedly, putting the headbands into the trolley then continuing to look around.

After around.. A half hour later, we had finally finished shopping. The bill rang up to be nearly $450, just for baby clothes! We went all out, buying a mixture of shirts, dresses, shoes, accessories.. You name it, we'd probably brought it.

"Okay, where too next?" I asked, setting our bags back into the trolley and heading out of the store.

"Are you hungry? I think there's a frozen yogurt place in here, not sure though.. We can look around for one?" Asa said, taking the trolley from me and pushing it over to the elevator. Nodding, we got inside and I pressed the number 1 button to go to the first floor.

Once the elevator doors open, straight across from us was a frozen yogurt shop. "Hey, that's lucky!" I said, stepping out with Asa following behind me pushing the trolley.

"True, let's go. What do you fancy?" I thought for a moment before settling on a raspberry sorbet.

The store wasn't that busy, so as soon as we went inside we got served. Afterwards, we walked over to one of the booths, parked the trolley then sat down.

"So," I started, taking a scoop of raspberry sorbet and eating it, "we could think about names."

Asa nodded, eating his own mango sorbet. "I was thinking.. Maybe Aria?"

"That is so cute! Baby Aria.. Rose? Aria Rose Butterfield?"

"I love it! But you might change your mind in a couple of weeks.. If not then who knew picking baby names would be this easy!"

I laughed. "Okay now for baby B.. I quite like the name Emilia.."

"Too old fashioned. How about--" Asa started but I cut him off.

"Hey no! You've already chosen one name, let me have a go! Okay, how about.. Miley?"

"That's cute. Any ideas for middle names?" Asa said, finishing off his sorbet.

"You finished already? And I thought I was greedy.. I'm joking. Okay, how about Miley.. Louise? Miley Louise and Aria Rose Butterfield.. I love it." I said, smiling.

"They're so pretty, but don't settle on them, we still have loads of time. I can't believe picking baby names was this easy, I thought it would've been more stressful." Asa said.

"Me too, but I'm happy with the ones we got!"
