Alex's POV
As Tobin walks out the door, I feel the emptiness in my heart come back to me and I break down sobbing.

I just ended the relationship with the person who means the most to me. But she... She cheated on me tho. I don't even know what to think anymore.

She's saying it wasn't her, but the evidence shows otherwise. Ugh, romance is so damn difficult!

I sat on the couch crying my eyes out until I get a text. I don't really want to check it in fear of it being Tobin saying something that will further hurt me, but at this point, I don't even think there's another level of pain.

Instead, I find another message from the unknown number. Gosh, this person needs to leave me the hell alone! He basically already ruined my life.

Unknown: Oh my gosh! It actually fucking worked!

Me: What?

Unknown: Ha! You fell for my trap you idiot! I can't believe you haven't realized it! Do you really think that's the true story about all of this?

I look at my phone very confused.

Me: what the hell are you talking about.

Unknown: Well, sugar bunch, you kind of just ruined your love life for no reason. You really don't know Tobin that well do you?

Wait... Only one person I know called me sugar bunch... It can't be. But more importantly, did I just ruin my relationship for no reason?

Me: Tobin cheated. And I ended it. What do you mean I 'fell for it'?

Unknown: You are so damn oblivious! Tobin didn't cheat you idiot! Alyssa is Tobin's ex, my partner in crime. And she just helped me ruin you guys. What a shame that you won't be seeing Tobin any time soon.

Me: You asshole! What the fuck you idiotic demon!

Words can't describe how furious i am. I just ruined the best thing that ever happened to me for no reason. She was begging for me to believe her, but I just wouldn't.

Unknown: If I were you, I wouldn't call me names. You're on a timer Alex, you have time to find Tobin before I do, you were mine Alex, and Tobin ruined that. I'll give you time to find her, but if I find her first, I hope you said your final goodbyes.

My face goes pale and my hand starts shaking uncontrollably. What the hell did i fucking do?!?

Me: You better not lay a finger on her! I will kill you with no mercy if you ever hurt her!

Unknown: You, kill me? Wow, and cows can go choo-choo now too. Your time is ticking Alex, better hurry. -L

Actually, I don't care. I need to find Tobin. I fucked up, majorly fucked up, and if anything ever happened to her, I could never forgive myself.

I search frantically for my phone looking for Hopes contact knowing that she's the closet to Tobin and that she would probably know where Tobin went.
