12 - Meeting them again.

Katie's POV

"Katie!" A girl voice yelled.

"Leila!" I yelled back, opening my arms waiting for her body to crash onto mine.

"I missed youuu!" She muffled.

"I missed you too, dollface." I smiled, my hand brushing her hair.

"Miss me or miss me not?" Nick pouted.

"Nickky!!!" She screamed, running away from me.

"Well, hello to you too Strawberry." He chuckled, hugging her tightly.

"I missed you too!" Leila says.

"Believe me cupcake, I missed you more." Nick said, kissing Leila's forehead.

"Now now, enough affection, you can save it for later. Here's some cupcakes! Welcome back." Cassidy smiled warmly.

I took one with blue icing and dipped my hand in. I smirked at Nick, who was smiling at Leila. I leaned a little closer to them.

"Gotcha!" I yelled, wiping my icing covered finger on Nick's nose.

His eyes widened and stared at me. "Katherine Allison Green."

"Chocolate, there's something on your nose, it looks yummy." Leila said, leaning over at Nick's nose and planning to lick it off.

"Lei. . . Let's just get one for you okay?" Nick said, stopping Leila.

"Uhm, okay." Leila shrugged. "I want the pink one."

I gave her the pink icing covered cupcake. Nick took it from my hands and wiped his icing covered fingers on my cheek.

"Gotcha." He whispered, sending shivers down my spine.

"Wanna play, Nicholas Lyndon?" I smirked.

"Correction, sweetheart. It's Nicholas Anthony Lyndon." Charles chuckled.

"DAAAAD!" Nick whined.

"It's the truth, Nicholas." Cassidy giggled.

"Why are you ganging on me?" Nick pouted.

"BFF Bubblegum, Best friends forever. . ." Leila sings, dancing in front of the TV with Selena Gomez on the screen.

"Leila! Who's side are you in?" I asked.

Leila's head snapped to my direction. "Katie's side!" She screamed.

"I win, Nicholas Anthony Lyndon." I say, wiggling my brows and fist pumping the air.

"Why do you hate me?" He pouted more.

"Aw come here cry baby." I cooed.

"You sound like the witch from Hanzel and Gretel." He said.

"Sometimes, I question your manliness. . ."

"His what?" Cassidy asked, choking in her own laughs.

"MOOOOOOM!" Nick whined. He sent me a shut-up-or-i-will-cut-your-mouth look. I nodded and raised my hands up in surrender.

"Just kidding, Nicholas." She winked.

"Dam-"

"Language, Nicholas. Leila is here." Charles warned.

"Dang. Ding. Dong." He said, quickly. "This isn't what I told you guys!"

"Right, right you are. Okay, Let's start from the beginning. . . Do what you need to do Nick. We'll be here watching you." Cassidy smiled, clapping her hands.
