Missing You

You're so close,
Yet so far away.

The wind's cold breeze blows you off as I wait another day,
Wishing for another dose.

I feel your arms wrap around me,
Picturing your entire figure.

Soon I shiver as you leave me to not see,
Yet my fears and pain fail to trigger.

Missing you burns.
Missing you aches.
Missing you brings tears.
Missing you makes me wait.

Everyday I watch the sun arise.
Every evening I watch the moon take its place.
Every shadow I see looks like you.
Everything I hear sounds like something you would do...

I can't stop missing you....
