I am going to do some time skipping so I am going to tell you what is going to have already happened and we will get to the bigger details.
1) Vegeta has freaked out about that he couldn't get immortality.
2) Frieza has come back and started fighting Krillin, Gohan, and Vegeta.
3)Frieza has gone through all forms
4) Goku is all healed and trys to join in.
So sorry, I just didn't want to write all the little details like that. I might do that periodicly, so when you see "time skip", read what you may miss so you get what has already has happened.
