(F/n) POV

"Oh, hi F/n)!" Steven called to me, waving. We ran to each other. I grinned. "Hey, Steven." He laughed, and suddenly we were sitting on a bench in the park. Steven and Connie have shown me every inch of Beach City, and I certainly don't remember a park.

I felt something warm against my hand. It was Steven's hand. I felt a blush creeping onto my face. Steven giggled that cute giggle that I loved so much. I laughed a bit, although I did not know what was so funny. He stopped. "(F/n)..."

"Yes?" I responded, a little too fast. Steven's lips suddenly pecked my cheek. I blushed. "I like you!"

"Steven- We- Um, we've only known each other for like... Less then a day!"

"So? I like you, don't you like me?" Steven replied, frowning slightly. Hurt.

"I... I do, but... You know what? I like you too, and if this ends up not working out, well... Yeah." I smiled. Steven grinned. I admit, I had a tiny crush on Steven. But who wouldn't? His adorable smile, his twinkling eyes, his personality- he was pretty cool.

I leaned my head on his shoulder and smiled, closing my eyes. Steven looked at me. I opened my eyes. "Wanna get ice-cream?" he asked me. I shrugged.

 "Sure."

He  clapped his hands. "Yes!" I giggled at his child-likeness. "Come on, (F/n)!" he laughed.

We walked over to the ice-cream truck, hand in hand.

Connie POV

I woke up extra early to make sure (F/n) and I went to meet Steven in time. I looked over my checklist again.

1. Wake up.

Check.

2. Get ready.

Check.

3. Wake up (F/n) if she's not up yet. (Most likely not) Notice: Make sure to knock!

Check- Oh wait. I didn't wake her up yet.

I walked over to (F/n)'s room. I was about to knock when I heard loud snoring coming from inside. I rolled my eyes playfully and sighed, knocking a couple of times. "Come on (F/n), get up." I yelled, loud enough for only (F/n) and me to hear.

I heard a groan.

"Come on, (N/n) (Nick-name). I'm coming in." I huffed. No answer. Oh well, I warned her. "(N/n), come on!" I shouted slightly, quietly slamming the door open. (Note from Chrysocolla-chan: Oh my stars, Connie, how do you "quietly" slam a door open?)  I stared at her. Not to be rude, but she kinda looked like sleepy-head Anna from Disney's Frozen.

I tip-toed to her bed. She mumbled in her sleep. Something about Steven? Hm, must be dreaming about meeting his dad like he promised she would today.

"(F/n) don't you wanna meet Steven's dad?" I asked. (F/n) rolled over and pulled the fluffy, white blanket so it covered her more. I sighed. "(F/n)." I said sternly in a strict parent tone.

"Fine. You asked for this young lady, although I have no idea how old you really are." I mumbled.

(F/n) POV

I was having the time of my life with Steven, my new boyfriend. "(F/n)." Steven said seriously. I opened my eyes and wiped a tear from my cheek from laughing. "Hehe... Yeah?"

He only looked at me seriously. I tilted my head in confusion.

"I love you." he smiled and made a heart with his hands. I laughed.

"Seriously though." his face became serious again.

"(F/n)..." Steven muttered. "Y-yes?" I stammered. "(F/n)." he said a little louder. He kept repeating my name louder and louder until-

"(F/N)!" Connie shouted into my ears. I gasped and bolted up, punching her in the face. "OW!" she hissed.

"Huh- Steven?!" I shrieked. Connie gave me a funny look, covering her eye with her hand.

"Oh my gosh Connie, what happened to your face?!" I screamed.

Connie grumbled a bit. "Me? What about your face? Never mind... Wait, but you said something about Steven?" I blushed a deep red. It was just a dream? Pfff... Well of course it was. Steven would never do that to me. I don't even like him in that way. I'm an idiot.

"(F/n), your face is turning red. Are you sick, you sure we can go out to see Steven's dad?" Connie asked, pressing her palm to my forehead.

"Umm yeah." I mumbled, trying to cool down.

"Are you sure? Whaaat are you thinking about..." Connie asked suspiciously.

I sighed. "Something stupid."

Note from Chryssi-chan: Jeez, just writing that dream made me feel weird. I'm not really the romantic type. Don't ask, "Why in the ever loving fuck do you write these then?" Also, sorry I haven't updated in like... I dunno, a week? Connie's also maybe a little OOC in this chapter, but I can't help it. Expect a new chapter soon!
