Summer had been the best holiday so far. I spent the whole summer with friends at the harbour and the beach nearly everyday.
Then as the third week kicked in I met the most amazing, gorgeous green eyed girl you will ever want to lay eyes. She had deep green eyes, shoulder length wavy brown hair that complemented her eyes, luscious pink lips, a slim fit body. I met her at the harbour when we were both stood in line getting a drink. She was on the phone behind me which sounded like a rough conversation. After I took my drink I turned round and saw her tear stricken face and offered her my bottle of water, after we had sat for hours and spoke to each other we left together filled with knowledge of each other, we both attended the same school and only lived 3 streets away from each other. Jayne changed my life from that day for the better.

"ELISE!!!! Get up first day back" of course she was on about the dreaded school day, yes today was my first day back at school but this year I was in my final year.
I am 16, short pixie cut and big blue eyes, which Jayne said was the first thing she had noticed about me, and a slim body. Sitting up I took in my surroundings and the peaceful body laid next to me, I quietly climbed out of bed to go and get a shower before I started to get ready. Turning on the shower I stripped off my pyjamas waiting for the water to heat up, I climbed into the shower and let the hot water cascade down my body. Once I was washed and all nicely fresh I hopped out and wrapped a towel around my body. Opening the bathroom door I stood and stared at Jayne's peaceful sleeping body in the bed, I slowly made my way towards her and sat on the edge of the bed as I watched her chest fall softly as she snored slightly, I laughed a little and laid beside her and continued to stroke her hair until she stirred and opened her luscious green eyes to look at me,

"Morning" I whispered smiling broadly at her,

"Morning sweetie" she replied with a rough voice as she does every morning,

"We need to get up, school is today" I muttered to her, "shower is free to use" I continued as I stood up from the bed to continue getting dressed for the day. Unfortunately because we live in England our school is strict with our clothing so we are forced to wear a uniform which consists of a blue and green plaid skirt, white blouse, green tie and a blazer. Dropping my towel I pulled on a matching bra and underwear set then continued to pull on a pair of opaque tights, then came the skirt and then finally the blouse. Jayne emerged from the bathroom all ready and set to go,

"Hold on, I'm just finishing my hair off" I said as I began to add the final little touches of matté to the ends of my hair,

"I'll be downstairs" she replied grabbing her bag and mobile from the corner of the room. As soon as I was finished I grabbed my bag and mobile and rushed downstairs and into the kitchen where Mum and Jayne were conversing,

"You ready Jay?" I said as I grabbed a slice of toast and kissed my mother on the cheek,

"Ready" she replied as she waved a goodbye to my mother and followed me out of the door.

It took us 30 minutes to walk to school, once we arrived we were faced by loads of judgemental people as they witnessed Jayne and I walking into school hand in hand, whispers surrounded us, I looked at Jayne and shook my head and pulled her toward our group of friends,

"Hey guys, you have a good summer!" I said to the twins Michael and Frederic,

"OMG! Elise you do not understand how amazing Sweden was, it was just fabulous" Frederic had responded, you see the twins spent the whole 6 weeks in Sweden as their family are loaded with cash, their parents were huge successful business people who owned their own company,

"That's great guys" I smiled at them,

"What about you Missy, do tell" Michael said glancing down at my hand clasped in Jayne's; the guys knew that I was gay but they didn't know I got with Jayne during the Summer. I turned to Jayne and smiled,

"Oh you know the same old same old" I replied with a devious smile on my face,

"Okay princess" replied Frederic just as the bell sounded signalling the beginning of the day,

"Come on best get to tutor" I suggested as I took Jayne's hand tighter and pulled her towards the main building of the school.

"Meet you here after tutor?" Jayne said just before she released my hand and walked ahead,

"After tutor" I called after her with a beaming smile. Stalking into the English room and coming face to face with my tutor of the past 5 years she greeted me with a fake smile as I took my seat beside my best friend of 13 years,

"So... You and Jayne?" She questioned but when I looked up at her a look of disapproval was apparent on her face, but then she cracked and gave me a cheesy grin, "do tell all the details" she pushed looking at me,

"Straight to the point eh," I replied as I smiled at her,

"Mind blowing" I stopped building tension, "seriously the best thing that has happened since you know who..."

Her grin grew winder and emitted a squeal,

"You know God remembers everything you do in your life and He punishes the homosexuals!" A voice filled with venom spoke up behind us, as I glanced behind Mary Shutters was stood with her arms folded. Mary Shutters was the daughter of the local priest and was brought up the 'correct' way as she sees it,

"Yes, God also told us to 'love thy neighbour' and 'love one another as I have loved you' which correct me if I'm wrong means love everybody; even the homosexual" I replied with a smug smile on my face,

"Well...." She was stood at a loss for words and stormed off to her seat in the corner of the classroom where she continued to give me horrid looks, so in response I smiled smugly at her and waved at her winding her up,

"Okay, here are your schedules for the year" said Miss. Schrowder and she began passing everyone's schedules out. When she placed mine in front of me I looked at the 'amazing' lessons I had scheduled for today:

Period 1: Geography - Mrs Crow

Period 2: Additional Science - Miss Gaunt

Period 3: PE - Miss White

Period 4: Music - Miss Ripley

Period 5: Music - Miss Ripley

Period 6: English - Miss Schrowder

There was only one teacher I didn't like and that was Miss Ripley she was just the most hideous looking person I had ever met, she had a grey perm, yellow teeth with a few missing, a huge mole on her cheek and half moon glasses that she would glare at you over if you were 'misbehaving'.

Oh this year is going to be... Delightfully pleasant!
