Sarah POV

We had just left for the police station; I held onto Elise's hand,

"You nervous?" I asked, I knew it was a stupid question but the silence was getting to me and I didn't like it,

"Nervous, frightened, scared" she smiled at me nervously as her grip tightened around my hand,

"I'll be right beside you the whole time babe nothing to worry about" I smiled back at her hoping to calm her nerves slightly her smile she offered portrayed her scared emotions but I just carried on driving until we pulled up to the police station,

"You ready?" I asked removing the keys from the ignition,

"Let's just get it over with" she exhaled as she emerged from the car; I met her round the front of the car and took her hand and leading her into the entrance of the Police Station. We entered the main reception and came face to face with a middle aged lady who was dressed very smartly she wore a trouser suit with a blue shirt and had her hair scraped back into a pony tail,

"Can I help you?" she smiled at us,

"We're here to speak to Officer Stoneheart" I smiled back,

"He mentioned you were coming if you would like to take a seat and I will give him a call" she said before picking up the phone and ringing Officer Stoneheart, "he will be right with you" she said over the counter as we sat down in the waiting area,

"Thank you" Elise piped up. Just then Officer Stoneheart came through the double doors to the right of us,

"Ah, ladies thank you for coming" he smiled shaking each of our hands, "this way" he opened the door and allowed Elise and I through before following me. He sat us down in an interview room; he sat opposite us,

"Now, you said you had some information for me" he said pulling a pen from his pocket and some paper from the file in he had in his hand,

"We have reason to believe that the guy who was trying to abduct Francesca was because he raped my ex-girlfriend you know the one in the news a couple month back who had committed suicide" I heard Elise begin to say, "he is Francesca's father we believe he raped my ex-girlfriend heard about her existence and came back for her" Officer Stoneheart looked at us as he entwined his hands together and leaned forwards,

"Now Ms. Avery, I'm not calling you a liar or anything but that is a strong accusation to put upon Mr. Carlton"

"I'm sorry sir but that is out of line I think my girlfriend would know if she saw her little girl in this jackass" I jumped in squeezing my hands into fists, "now I suggest if you don't believe us I strongly think a paternity test should be followed out" I offered as I felt Elise grab my knee calming me down,

"If that's what you wish to do we will have a paternity test taken care of" he said putting down his pen. Elise and I stood up and was making our way to the door when we were stopped,

"Oh, Ms. Avery does the name Tracy Arnold mean anything to you?" as soon as he had said her name I knew it had automatically scared her as I felt her hand squeeze mine,

"It doesn't jog any memories, Why?" she asked,

"We have reason to believe that she may have been in on the attempted abduction and the raping of Jayne Anchor" he replied, We headed for the door and we began to walk out; the name Arnold rings a bell but I just can't seem to place it; Elise then stood still in the middle of the hallway and turned on her heel and walked back to the interview room,
