Chapter 9 - When words Are Said at the Wrong Time.

I woke up to the sound of soft breathing and an arm draped over my naked torso, I traced the arm and came face to face with Sarah's beaming face,

"Morning" she said softly,

"Morning" I smiled at her edging towards her lips and gently laid my lips on to hers,

"What time is it?" I asked curiously rubbing my eyes,

"10 o'clock" my eyes grew,

"Sarah, we're late" I scrambled out of bed as I pulled on my uniform from the floor, just as I had finished pulling my skirt and bra on Sarah's hands snakes around my stomach,

" We've got the day to ourselves, I phoned in sick and I text Riley and told her you wouldn't be in because you have a stomach bug" she played with my ear and began to kiss behind it and down my neck. Relaxing back into her arms we laid back down on the bed and continued snuggling for a while longer.

We had been laid in bed for most of the day when I heard a very faint grumbling noise,

" Hungry Sarah?" I chuckled at her,

" A little bit" she replied sheepishly,

" I'll go make something up for dinner" climbing out of the bed I pulled on my bra and picked her pajamas up from the floor and pulled them on,

"go and get yourself a nice warm shower" I suggested hovering over her,

"Why do I smell?" she asked embarrassed,

"No its just normally you go in on a morning and after the workout you gave me last night I just assumed you needed a shower" I grinned cheekily, she pecked my lips and wrapped her arms around my neck pulling me closer towards her,

" I've an idea, why don't we just skip dinner and have a shower together" I considered it but reluctantly shook my head,

"I'm going to go and make us some food" I grinned as I planted one last firm kiss to her lips before I continued out of the room and down to the kitchen.

Once in the kitchen I looked through every cupboard and the fridge and even freezer and the best I could conjure was half a packet of pasta shells, turkey dinosaurs, Pop Tarts and a tin of tuna,

" Tuna pasta bake it is" I mumbled as I began to cook the pasta and ready the tuna, once that was all done I stuck everything in the oven for 20 minutes,

"Sarah have you got any wine of any description or any alcohol in the house" I bellowed up the stairs,

"Back of the cupboard under the sink" was all I could hear from her. Wandering back into the kitchen I looked in the cupboard and found a bottle of champagne stashed in the very back, pulling it out I stood on my feet and began to read the bottle, just before I heard a slight seductive cough behind me I turned around and Sarah was stood in nothing but sexy lingerie, a pair of tights, high heels and a black silk robe,

" Sarah..." I swallowed the breath I took,

" Why?... how?... Where?" a barrel full of questions skipped through my head as I watched her every move as she seductively walked closer and closer towards me, I felt my breath captured in the back of my throat as I struggled to comprehend a single sentence,

"Why don't you just take it off and see for yourself" her low sexy voice urged me further as she continued to move closer until she was stood in front of me grasping either side of the pyjama top she had unbuttoned, she continued to kiss my chest and further down towards my breast which she gladly caressed, I fell under her desire and her touch as she passionately held me close to her, 'this woman is crazy she just wants my body any chance she can get' I thought to myself just as I kissed her lips and down her neck sucking and leaving my mark she took my hand; turned off the oven and dragged me back upstairs.

As Sarah reappeared from below the duvet we collapsed in a wondering awe,

"How do you have so much bloody stamina? " I asked breathlessly she chuckled softly beside me as she rested her head on her hand perching her head up to look me straight in the eye,

"Why, with practice" she replied the next sentence I muttered hadn't even registered until after I said it

"With Terri you mean?" she exhaled and flopped back down onto her back,

"Sarah, I'm sorry I didn't mean for that to come out the way it did" she turned over with her back towards me,

"Sarah" I placed a hand on her waist under the duvet but she just shrugged me off,

"I think you should leave" she whispered as she climbed out of the bed and slumped towards the bathroom wrapping her robe around her and slammed the door behind her. I didn't want to leave I wanted to stay comfortable in her arms for the rest of the day but she didn't seem to show any signs of emerging from the bathroom anytime soon so I climbed from the bed and began to get dressed. Just as I had pulled my shirt on over my head the faint sound of sobs came from behind the bathroom door, I tip-toed over to the door and listened as the sobs got louder I slowly tried the door and found it open, I walked in to find her sat in a steaming bath her eyes all blotchy and red from all her tears, I stripped back down and slid into the bath beside her and bunched her up in my arms and allowed soft soothing sounds to pass my lips as she gently sobbed in my arms
