I Always Loved You

2. I'm going.

'' Yeah mom, i want to ask if i can go to a concert? I really want to go, please, let me go...''

'' No.''

'' But you don't even know when it is!'' i said.

'' Okay then, when is it?''

'' Next week on Thursday.''

'' No.''

'' But why??''

'' You have school. End of discussion.''

I immediately run up the stairs into my bedroom. How could she? She doesn't even know what band it is and how important is for me to go. I was mad so i called Hailey.

'' Hey Alexis. What happened?''

She answered in less than a second.

'' My mom won't let me to the concert. We have to find a way to get me out of the house.'' i said as fast as i could.

'' You could tell her we have to do a project together and you need to come to my house.''

'' She won't fall for that. We have to find something else.''

'' I'll think about it and call you.''

'' Okay.'' i said as i hung up.

I have to go to the concert and she can't stop me. I started to draw in order to calm down. I was pretty good at it and i did it a lot. Not many people know about this tho. I didn't know what i was drawing until it came together. I drew Denis. God, i love him so much. I had to meet him, i just had to. The drawing was so good, it looked so much like him. I usually put them on my wall but this one was so good. I decided that i'll give it to him if i'll get to the concert. All of my thoughts flew away when the door opened and my mom entered the room.

'' I forgot to tell you...''

'' What?'' i interrupted her.

'' What i wanted to say is... i will leave the town next week with work so you'll be alone all week except on Thursday when your aunt will come to stay with you.''

Damn it. She called my aunt to be sure i won't go to the concert. I'll find a way to get out of the house.

'' Okay whatever.'' i said.

I immediately messaged Hailey.

'' My mom won't be home next week but my aunt will be here on Thursday. I'll just have to tell her i have to do a project at your house. If that doesn't work i'll find a way to get out.''

'' Okay. You have to try everything because you can't miss this.''

I can't miss this, she's right.

The week-end got away really fast. I slept a lot and met with Hailey a few times. Then Monday came. My mom leaved early in that morning. I did my routine like always. Monday got away too. Then Tuesday, Wednesday and finally the day i've been waiting for, Thursday. I woke up to the sound of the front door opening letting me know my aunt arrived. Did my routine, talked a little with my aunt and then leaved for school. The day got away so slowly. Me and Hailey wouldn't shut up about the concert and how excited we were.

I finally got home and immediately run up to my aunt.

'' Hello Alexis. How was your day?''

'' It was good. How was yours?'' i said really excited.

'' It was good, thank you.''

'' You know... i have a project and i have to go to my friend's house...''

'' Oh no, you're staying home tonight. Your mother told me you can't go out tonight.''

God damn it. My mother told her. I got into my room changing my clothes in hope my aunt won't enter my room. I grabbed my backpack and my ticket and got to my window. There is a tree next to my room and i was going to climb down on it. When i was going to leave i remembered, i had to get the drawing. I got it as fast as i could because i was hearing my aunt coming and got out the window. As i was walking down the street i noticed that my bedroom light was on. She noticed i wasn't there so i started running down the street on my way to Hailey's house.
