Chapter 42:Fall down king

Third pov
"Well I can't do anything now. Now kill them!"Lucious commanded

Kira-Itami hung her head, a shadow over her eyes. A black & red aura swirled over Kira-Itami, until it turned green, magenta, dark blue, red, gold & black. Lucious stared at Kira-Itami as if she was the Hydra.

"No! This can't be happening!"Lucious hissed.

"Is...is she..?"Ace asked
"I am confused."Luffy said with a dead pan voice

Kira-Itami faced her head up t the sky, and breathed in some air. The multi coloured aura went back inside her body, letting out small flickers as it went away.

"Lucious....you are a liar."

They all gasped inwardly, as they stared at her. Her eyes were no longer ruby red, they were back to the same emerald green eyes that Ace fell in love with.

'It-its her! Itami is back!'

Itami was glaring hardly at Lucious, her fists balled.

"This...al of this is your fault."Itami hissed.
"B-but-"
"Kira is free now."She snapped."She's her own person now. She's with her sister..and now I will avenge Kira."

Itami flexed her hand out, and summoned both her own, and Kira's chainsaw. Lucious's eyes widened as Itami held them both above her head, and fused them together, creating a giant, spinning shuriken. The blades were made of Itami's shinigami scythe, while the mechanisms inside was from Kira's chainsaw.

"And now, I will kill your ass...royally!"

Itami threw the shuriken towards Lucious. Lucious quickly dodged, but was unlucky when it came back, and started to slash Lucious's body. Armalia, Luffy & Ace watched Itami, who was controlling the shurikens movements.

'But how?!'Ace thought crazily

Lucious was on his knees, panting & heaving. He had blood running down his face, and tried his best to stand without limping. Lucious gave Itami the famous family glare, his growl like a rabid dog.

"You brat."
Itami smirked, catching the shuriken."Define brat then."

Lucious narrowed his eyes at her, and summoned his scythe in his hand. He started running at her, growling like a wolf. Itami simply closed her eyes, as if she was accepting her fate.

Aces eyes widened."ITAMI! MOVE!"
"MOVE DAMN IT!"Luffy yelled
"PLEASE! MY LITTLE GIRL! MOVE!"Armalia shouted tearfully.

Itami's breathing was calm, she felt like time was slowing down as she gathered up all of her haki together. She could feel it grasp her mind, and hang on tight.

*flashback*
"With enough concentration, you can release all 3 haki at one person."Kira said
"I can do that?"Itami asked
"Yes you can. However, there is a soft chance that you will die if using all 3 shinigami for too long. Another price, is that you will be knocked out with life threatening wounds."Kira said

Itami put on a determined look.

"If it means that I save Luffy, my Mother & Ace, then I will take that risk."

*flashback end*

'Thank you, Kira.'

Itami flung her eyes open, and released the 3 shinigami haki at Lucious. He floated in mid air, his life span decreasing, and his heart beating faster. Lucious growled, and tried getting himself out of Itami's hold, but to no avail.

Itami could feel her mind getting heavier & heavier as she continued to use the 3 haki. She took a couple steps towards Lucious, and stared at him.

"I will thank you though, Lucious. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't be stronger than you."She said with a smirk

She reached down to her weapon belt, and unhooked the impact dial she had. She placed it right above where Lucious's heart was, a malicious smirk on her lips.

"Thank you....Father."

And then, Itami's res darkened, while Lucious's dark dark blue eyes went wide. Everyone gasped as Itami's thumb brushed over the knob on the dial, and slowly clicked it.

"Kraken Impact!"

The pain radiated throughout Lucious's body, Itami quickly killing him. She released him from her invisible hold, and he dropped to the ground with a lifeless splat. All went eerie as Ace, Armalia & Luffy stared at Itami.

Itami looked over to Ace, a weak smile on her lips.

"Thank god...you are safe."

And due to the pain from the impact dial, Itami felt her legs wobble, and let herself faint.
