Chapter 80:A day with Creed

*4 months later*

Third pov
Loud thumping noises sounded throughout the Moby Dick. Down the bed room hall, was Ace, running after his 4 month year old son, Creed.

'Damn it! Why is he such a fast crawler!'

Ace would let out a few swears as he ran. He swore that he's probably ran a whole lot more than he usually does in a fight. Ace was almost out of breath. Creed on the other hand, was having a jolly good time. He would make cheerful noises, and even make a cute laugh whenever Ace crashed into a wall when Creed turned a corner.

Then Ace started to stress when Creed was out on deck.

"NOOO!"

Ace ran faster, and tried his best to catch up. Whenever Creed went out on deck, Ace would stress. He always got this feeling that one of the crew members might accidentally kick, step or trip on his baby boy.

"Please come back!"Ace wailed, still chasing Creed.

Then Creed finally stopped at someones feet. He looked up at them with absolutely joy, and raised his arms towards them. Ace heard a feminine gasp.

"Well what do we have here? Is this a lost boy?"

She scooped Creed up, and kissed his cheek. Ace sighed a breath of relief when he saw that it was Itami who was holding Creed. Itami played with Creed, and made him smile & laugh. Ace sheepishly walked up to his wife, and have her a guilty grin.

"Eh heh...."
Itami chuckled at Ace."What were you two doing?"
"Well I was playing around with him, but when I put him down, he started crawling off!"
"Oh dear.."
Ace sighed."I'm a horrible parent."
"No you're not! You're only just learning, Ace. We've never been parents before, so we're learning! Ace, I think you're a wonderful Father. I can already tell that Creed loves you."

Before they could say anything else, Creed started nuzzling his head against Itami's breast. He started to cry a little bit.

"Come with me, I need to feed Creed."

Ace started following Itami to their room. She sat down, and Ace shut the door behind him. He sat down next to Itami, and held Creed in his arms while Itami unbuttoned her shirt, and got herself ready to breast feed Creed. Ace can remember when Itami first started to breast feed their son. He recalled that he always blushed whenever she was breast feeding. But after a while, he started to get used to it.

Creed immediately latched his mouth onto Itami's breast, and started to feed off of Itami. While Creed did his business, Itami cradled him in her arms, and would pat him every so often.

"Does it hurt?"Ace blurted out
"Oh no, it doesn't. Since he has no teeth yet, it won't hurt at all."Itami answered

After a couple of minutes, Creed took himself away from Itami's breast, and let out a cute burp. They both chuckled at Creed, while Creed simply grinned at his parents.

"Gee...he eats a lot!"Itami giggled as she handed Creed to Ace.
"I think he got the appetite from me."Ace chuckled
"He's even getting a bit of your narcolepsy as well.."

Ace kept on holding Creed, even when they both went out on deck together. Ace loved holding Creed. Sure he was a little bit heavy, but Ace found that his son was really cuddly. You could easily snuggle with him.

"Aah there's our rocket son, yoi."Marco said
"Rocket son?"Itami asked in between laughs
"You know, cause he's faster than Ace, yoi."
Ace sweat dropped in shame."Ughgh.."
Itami chuckled."Oh well...some day you'll both be running."

The crew loved Creed. They all loved taking care of him whenever Itami had some paper work to tale care of. Crew members thought of Creed like he's part of their family, and did their very best to hide him from the Marines & World Government.

'I'm so glad Marines haven't found out about Creed yet. If they did & they caught us all...they would kill him,all because of Ace & I. But I will never let that happen, never in a million years.'

After a couple hours of playing with Creed, it was time to put him to bed. Itami & Ace took Creed to their bedroom, and laid him down in his cot. Once he was all settled into bed, Itami & Ace sat down beside Creeds cot. Itami cleared her voice, and started to sing.

Itami looked in the cot, and saw that Creed was fast asleep. They both smiled, and snuck out of the room. Ace looked at Itami, and smiled lightly. Before Itami could walk off to do anything else, Ace grabbed at her hand. Itami looked at him, a question written over her face.

"Itami.."Ace started."I...I'm so glad...that I have you, and Creed. I love you both."
Itami felt tears spring into her eyes."I love you both as well. I don't ever want to leave you both."
