Chapter 66:Mt Colubo

(A/N:I decided that Ace & Luffy have already reunited with Sabo. And that they're gonna have the wedding at Mt Colubo)

*8 months later*
Itami pov
We all hiked up the mountain, Ace, Sabo & Luffy leading the way.

"Who exactly are we going to meet?"I asked
Ace grinned at me."You'll see!"
I sweatdrop."And that totally answers my questions."
Behind me, Nami was panting."Jesus! My legs are killing me..."
Robin giggled."I'd say we won't have long, Nami."

Sanji immediately came to our aid, and was being the kind gentleman he was. He offered if we wanted water or anything.

I chuckled."No thank you, Sanji-san. Thank you for offering though."
"Itami-chwan is so beautiful when she's polite~~~!"

'I sure hope he finds himself a beautiful woman one day.'

I knew for a fact that we were meeting a lady called 'Dadan'. According to the three boys, she took care of them when they were little.

'This'll be interesting...maybe I might be able to find some dirt about what Ace was like as a child.'

"We're here~!"Luffy sang

We stood in front of a wooden house that looked big enough to have a group of people inside. Ace, Sabo & Luffy knocked on the door. From within, I heard loud shouting.

"How many times do I have to tell you?! Go away-"

And out bursted a woman that looked quite masculine. She had curly, ringlet orange hair like Nami, and had a cig sticking out of her mouth. Her eyes went wide as soon as she saw us, and the three boys standing in front of her.

"W-WHHAAAAAAT?!?!"

The three boys laughed.
"I knew she'd react like that!"Sabo laughed
"Hasn't changed a single bit!"Ace agreed
"Yo Dadan!"

'Oh so this is Dadan!'

She then pulled out a hankie & started to cry. She kept on crying about how she sort of missed them, and such. The rest of us in the background smiled politely, as Dadan bonked the three boys heads.

"Ah! I almost forgot!"Ace turned to me."You still need to meet my fiance!"
"F-F-F-FIANCE?!"
Ace grinned at me."Come on!"

I swallowed my nerves, and walked over to them. I looked up to Dadan, and smiled politely.

"Hello! My name is Lucifer D Roza Itami, I am Aces fiance....it's absolutely lovely to meet you, Dadan!"I greeted

Dadan looked completely thrown back when I smiled at her. She looked like that she was truly shocked in meeting me. But, then again, I'd be surprised about meeting my childs fiancé.

"S-so polite!"Dadan murmured
"I sure hope we get along!"I added
Dadan was silent for a moment before going into a fit of tears.
"S-she's absolutely perfect! And so beautiful~!"Dadan cried
A mountain bandit laughed."Ace sure did a good job in choosing the Double Princess!"

'Oh yeah thats right...I am a wanted criminal.'

"Well if this is your fiancé Ace, then she can definitely stay here as long as she likes!"
"O-oh thank you so much!"

Ace pov
'Damn she's being polite....she's cute whenever she's polite!'

*later*

Itami pov
Dadan had gladly allowed all of us to stay for the wedding. She had given me a huge photo book that was full of pictures of Ace, Sabo & Luffy. Apparently the person that took these photos was a woman named Makino, a woman that lives down in Foosha village.

'Awwww! These photos are so cute! Ace was such a bad boy when he was 10!'

"Wow, Ace was a bad boy when he was little?"

I shot out of my chair, and saw Akaoni standing there with a grin on her face.

"Akaoni!"

I hugged her, and she hugged me back. I noticed that she has definitely gotten taller, and looked totally different. Her red hair was tied up in a high pony tail, a fringe curtaining her forehead. She had on a pair of fingerless gloves, a pair of thigh high black boots, and wore a black trench coat that had red buttons & trimming, and stopped above her boots.

"I love the look, by the way."I said
She chuckled."Thanks. Though just between you & me...this trench coat is getting hot & sticky."
"Thats what you get for waltzing in like this during the middle of summer."I scolded

She rolled her eyes."Anyway, I can only imagine how excited you are about being here."
I giggled."Honestly, I still can't get over the fact that our wedding is so close! It feels like its so far away..but its closer than ever!"
"Honestly gal, I'm absolutely happy for you & Ace. You two deserve each other."
"Thanks....so hows things with Casper?"

She blushed."A-a-ahhh...well~~...We started to date-"
I squealed."No way! Akaonj thats great! Where is he?!"
"He's out with the guys, doing guy stuff...oh Itami he makes me feel so wonderful!"
"I'm glad, Akaoni. You can tell me more later...but first, lets look at cute photos of Ace!"

We spent all night looking at photos. Some were cute, funny & absolutely ridiculous. I sorta wanted to keep this photo book, but its Dadans so I think its a bad idea if I straight up steal it.

I went outside, and sat on the roof. I looked up at the stars with a smile.

I jumped when I heard a chuckle coming from my left. Ace was walking over to me, and sat down next to me.

"H-how long were you there for?"I stammered
"A while.."Ace answered, holding my hand.
I blushed."S-so....we're finally here.."
"Yeah..we are. We're finally getting married."Ace sighed happily

I look over to Ace with a gleam of love in my eyes."Ace....I just want to say...I love you. And I'm happy..so happy that you love me back."
He smiled."Of course I love you back. You're perfect."He kissed my cheek."And I'm happy that you're mine. I'm equally as happy as you are about getting married, and being together. I sometimes find it hard to control myself."
I giggled, and hugged him."You're a cute dork, you know that?"
He chuckled."And this dorkness is all yours!"
