Chapter 39:Reunion

(A/N:Yey another chapter! Hopefully I might even get two chapters in today! Haha...I doubt it.)

Third pov
Before Itami could even move, more Marines had come & attacked the two brothers.

'No damn it!'

She was about to jump into battle mode, but stopped when Ace & Luffy were already taking care of the charging Marines. Itami watched in amazement as Ace & Luffy worked together to beat the Marines around them.

'It's like they're in sync!'

She smirked, summoning her scythe into her hand.

"Save some for me, polka dot!"She called, slicing a Marine that was about to attack Ace.

"ITS THE POWER COUPLE & STRAW HAT LUFFY! CAPTURE THEM!"

"Hnn. Back off bitch. Don't threaten me with a bad time."Itami flipped some of her hair out of the way."You two, go. We came here to grab Ace, and now...you two can escape while you still can!"

"But Itami-"

"GO. I didn't come here to see you die, Ace. Do as ordered, and go."She commanded.
"Ita-chan we're staying!"Luffy said in a stubborn voice
"Well...alright."

As soon as Ace blinked, Itami had already gone off, and fought some Marine bitches. She was going so fast that she just looked like a slicing blur. In fact, Luffy & Ace didn't even get a chance to beat any Marine up, she was hogging all the kills.

Itami back flipped, she was high in the air. It looked like she had slowed down to a stop. Then she flipped, and was in a strong, kicking position. She started flying down towards the ground, and then:

"DROPPING HEAVEN!"

She kicked at the ground with 65% shinigami strength. A straight line appeared, and the ground cracked open. The Marine started falling down the abyss. Itami had her body spread out, and was holding both ends with her hands.

"SHHHYYYAAAAAA!"

And with all the strength she had, she slammed the abyss shut, the Marines now squashed. Itami flipped back onto her feet. The boys stared at Itami, their mouths hanging open. Itami rubbed the back of her neck sheepishly, nervously laughing.

"Ah...sorry I didn't save any for you!"She laughed
"I-its okay...."Ace stammered
"Well should we go?"Itami asked
"U-uh...yeah.."Luffy stuttered
Itami grinned."Cool! Lets go!"

*short time skip*

Itami pov
My eyes widened when I suddenly sensed Supernatural activity. The presence was huge.

And it was Shinigami.

A very powerful shinigami.

As us three ran, I searched the area around us, seeing if I could spot the presence.

'Where is it?!'

Then, a cloaked figure was standing in front of us.

'No...I know that cloak anywhere!'

I quickly stopped the boys from running on, grabbing their wrists. Ace & Luffy looked over at Itami with a confused look.

"Why are we stopping? We've nearly made it out!"Ace said
I had a shadow over my eyes."You two...listen to me-"

"Aahhhhh...how lovely of you to see you again, my young Dolor!"

'Dolor.......'

"Run."I demanded

They gave me a worried glance, but then ran the other way to get out. The shadow went away, and I was deeply glaring at the cloaked figure with deep hatred.

"Ah..you've still got that same glare that you always gave me."He took off his hood."I'm pretty sure you remember this face pretty well, right?"

I growled."Lucious."I spat

Lucious simply chuckled cockily. He still had the same, cocky look that I've always known.

(A/N:Okay I can't be bothered in describing what he looks like. He basically looks exactly like Xaldin from Organization 13 from Kingdom hearts, except with calmer eyebrow & sideburn game)

"You still haven't changed at all, sprout. You still look like my killer that I fixed up."Lucious said
"What do you want?"I hissed
"It's obvious, isn't it? I came here to fetch you, Dolor. We have a world to kill, and take over."

I laughed harshly."As if I'll go willingly with you. You know that I won't go down without a fight!"

He sighed, running his hand through his jet black hair.

"I knew you were gonna say that..."He summoned his scythe."Looks like I might have to speed the plan up a bit faster. I'll summon her today. Right here, right now."He put on the famous Lucifer family smirk."Whaddaya say, Dolor? How about we take this world now? I'll even keep one person alive for you, for when you lose this battle against me, and become Kira again."

I did the same smirk as him, but only more wicked.

"HA! As if I'll succumb to that lie. You've always been a lier. You lied to me, to Mother, to other shinigami...and to Tsumi."I summoned my own scythe."And today will finally be the day...where I put an end to this dreadful nightmare! You Lucious....you will be dead at my feet before you can even bring Kira out of me!"

And so, we ran at each other, and begun our final clash as King & Princess, as Master & Apprentice, as Father & daughter......

As two Death gods, raised in the Underworld.
