Chapter 49:Focus

Itami pov
I laughed as I watched Jozu & Thatch chug down some sake. So far. Thatch was winning the sake chug competition.

"CHUG! CHUG! CHUG! CHUG! CHUG!"We all cheered

Then, Thatch swallowed all of his sake, and slammed his mug down in front of Jozu, letting out a sigh of content. We all laughed & cheered for Thatch.

"Yeeeah ya did it! You finally did it!"Ace cheered
"About damn time, yoi!"Marco choruses
I laughed."Thatch finally beat Jozu!"
"WOOOH!"Thatch cheered."No hard feelings right?"
"No hard feelings."Jozu agreed.

I sipped on my cocktail, and sighed happily. Its been a few months since I've been captain, and so far, things are going great! Before when I mentioned about all the duties I had, I eventually found a easier way to manage them 'n stuff. Ace & Marco have been really supportive with me being captain & all. They would both sometimes help me with some of my paperwork.

"Itami! Want a drink?"Thatch asked
"Nah I'm all good, thanks. I might actually start doing night shift now, now that most of the crew is sleeping."I said
"Yeah..it is getting pretty late, yoi."Marco agreed
"Oh come on guys, one more drink!"Thatch & Ace say
"Itami's right, I'm beat as well."Jozu said
Thatch huffed."Alright, alright.."
Ace puffed out his cheeks."Okay we'll sleep.."
"Okay well....I'll see y'all in the morning!"I call, leaving the dining room
"Night Itami!"The guys called

I quickly grabbed a book from my room, and headed up to the crows nest to start the night shift. I used the coffee machine that was up there, and sat down on the couch.

*later in the night*
Ace pov
I was suddenly awoken when I heard a loud booming sound. I quietly listened, trying to identify what the sound was exactly.

'That sounds a lot like thunder..shit I hope Itami is okay.'

Itami had told me that she's absolutely scared of thunder & lightning. She said that she can handle thunder, but lighting scares her to no end.

I sprang up from my bed when I saw lightning outside, and heard thunder. I grabbed my pillow, and raced outside, and headed up towards the crows nest, ignoring the wicked wind of nature. I threw the door open, and shut it behind me.

"Itami?"I called."Where are you?"

I heard a quiet whimper. I looked around, and found her curled up in a ball on the couch she was relaxing on. I walked up to the couch.

"Itami..I'm here."I said, gently shaking her

She immediately latched onto me, her arms squeezing me. She was actually shaking.

"Ace-kun! I'm so glad you're here! Oh god Ace I'm scared! T-there's-"She stopped mid sentence, and whimpered when she heard thunder.
I gently petted her head."It's alright now, I'm here for you."

"Ace...what if I don't get rid of this ridiculous fear? I can't be captain if I'm scared of something as petty as thunder & lightning!"She whimpered
"Don't say things like that! So what you're scared of thunder & lightning? It doesn't change the fact that you're still a beautiful, strong person."I said
"But I...-"

She flinched & cuddled closer to me when a flash of lightning came on. I sighed quietly, caressing her head soothingly.

"Itami, if it bothers you so much, then I will help you get over your fear...right now."I said, a small blush creeping on my face
She looked up at me curiously."What are you gonna do?"
"I'm gonna do everything in my power to make you focus only on me."

I quickly leaned in, and pressed my lips on hers. She gasped, buying me enough time to dive my tongue in her mouth. I held both her shoulders in place so that she wouldn't move. I could feel her tense up every time the thunder crashed, but would quickly relax under my touch.

'I can feel her kissing me, but she's only focusing on the thunder & lightning.'

Itami pov
He would gently, but vigorously glide his tongue on my own tongue, and the rest of my mouth. I really wanted to just focus on him...but whenever I would hear the thunder, and see the flash of lightning, I could feel myself freeze up & stop where I am.

After Ace dominated my mouth, he trailed kisses past my mouth, and onto my neck. I moaned quietly whenever his lips & tongue massage the skin on my neck.

"Forget about it..."He murmured to my skin."Its only you & I now. There's no storm, no thunder, no lightning, no anyone else...its just us, Itami. Its just you..me & this moment."

I panted quietly."Haaa~.....A~Ace I..want...it.."
I felt his lips smile as he kissed another part of my neck."Oh I will give it to you. Because every time a storm like this comes, all you will think about...is this night, this moment...and you will remember the bit where you realize that I am going to love you...hard."

The lightning flashed, darkening our shadows against the light. I tensed up a tad, but felt Ace suck my neck, while slowly unbuttoning my white blouse. One hand was leaning on the couch, while the other was roughly grabbing Aces hair, begging him to do more deeds.

He left my neck, and stared directly into my eyes as he took my blouse off, and chucked it across the room. I blushed lightly, but still smiled weakly at Ace. He too, had a smile on his face. It was warm, sweet, gentle & handsome. His hand caressed my cheek, till he kissed me again, this time more gentle.

My hands immediately locked around the back of his neck, never wanting to leave him. I felt his fingers glide up & down my back, sending me pleasurable chills down my spine. His hand brushed by the clip of my hot pinky red lace bra. Ace slowly unclipped it, and took it off me.

With his lips still on mine, he gently pushed me on the couch, and then pulled away. The lightning flashed again, and I could fully see his face. His brown eyes were lit up, and looked light brown. His lips were etched up in a small, gentle & shy smile. I noticed that this time when the lightning flashed, I didn't really react.

"Good girl...forget everything, sugar. Its you & I in this world at the moment."Ace whispered to my ear
"Ace~...."I breathed helplessly

His breath fanned me as we stared at each other, sending a thousand silent messages to each other. He broke the eye contact, and kissed down my neck, to my breasts.

"Ahh I remember these."He purrs

I blushed & bit my lip, and looked the other way with my head still facing him. My arms were rested by my side on the couch, my nails digging into the fabric of the couch as Ace teasingly licked the skin of my breast.

"Still as scrumptious as I remember."He breathed

I squeaked when he kissed one of my breasts. He put kisses all over both of my breasts, before catching one of my buds in his mouth. I moaned when he sucked on my bud, his tongue teasingly tickling my bud. Ace was squeezing the other breast with a heated hand, rolling it every direction it could go.

"Ace~...Ughhnn~! God.."I moaned loudly

After that, he swapped & did the same, sweetness to me. I would moan every time, and would beg him for more.

"I love you, you know that? You're so beautiful to me, inside & out. I just...I just want to do more for you."He whispered in my ear as he squeezed my breasts

"Then....take me."I whispered seductively to him, tracing my fingers up & down his abs & muscles.

He shivered, but still smiled, licking his lips.
