Chapter 55:Banquet

Itami pov
Everyone was gathered around in the (very) ginormous dining hall. I sat next to Mother & Ace.

"Mmm this food is very delicious!"I hummed
"Sanji helped make the food! He's a real good cook!"Ussop called out
"Thank you for helping the cooks out Sanji, it's been greatly appreciated."I said politely
"Anything for Itami-swwwaaan~!"

"Hey have you seen Casper?"I asked Mother
"He said he's going to be late. But he promised that he'll definitely make it."Mother said
"Who is Casper?"Ace asked
"A very close friend of mine. When I first came here, I didn't talk a lot..then one day he just suddenly came on & just became my friend. Then I met Akaoni through Casper."I explained

Ace put on a suspicious face, before falling asleep in his food again. I rolled my eye, and woke him up. His head shot up, and for a moment, he looked absolutely lost.

"Huh where am I?"He stammered
"You're here in Siren island."I reminded him
"Oh yeah...."

"I'M SO SORRY!"

And in ran a flustered Casper. He was wearing a white dress shirt, a pair of jeans, and his brown black dress shoes. Nami & Akaoni blushed when Casper flicked some of his hair to the side.

"Its alright, Casper. You had night duty."I said
He laughed sheepishly, and say down in the seat in front of me.

"Oh! Everyone! This is Casper! Casper! This is everyone!"I introduced
Casper smiled."Hello everyone. I'm Casper..but you probably know that by now. You can call me Cas, or Ghostie."He said."A pleasure to meet you all!"

Then of course, Ace came in.

"I'm Ace, Itami's boyfriend."

I mentally facepalmed.

'Every time...every time he sees a male, and we greet him, he gets straight to the point.'

Casper looked taken back."R-really? W-wow! Thats great! I hope you're taking care of her though...otherwise I might have to get not-so friendly with you my brother, amigo, home slice, bread slice, friend, chum, buddy."

I face palmed, and sighed.

'Of course Casper was gonna go & use that introduction.'

I swear...I fucking swear man.

Between them, they were both giving each other the stare-off. I swore I could even see the electricity forming between them. I look to Akaoni, who was glumly picking at her food.

'If only Ghostie could see that Akaoni really cares about him. I can still see that she still loves him, meaning she still doesn't have confidence in asking yet.'

As you can tell, Akaoni is in love with Casper. She really wants to tell him her feelings, but she just freezes up & stammers. Now sometimes she usually confident about talking to other people, but when it comes to Casper in the 'love' area, she shuts down, and goes to La La Land.

'You know what? Before we leave, I WILL get Akaoni & Casper together. It can be that hard, right?'

I sighed & snapped my fingers, making both Ace & Casper jolt out of their stare-off. They both looked at me with very attentive faces, as if they weren't staring each other down in the first place.

"What were you talking about, Itami-chan?"Ace asked innocently
"Nothing, just getting your attention. Now the both of you, but your claws away, and eat. Your food is gonna run cold."

Ace pov
'I know that look anywhere. This Casper guy also likes her! Damn it they're everywhere! Why do they always try to steal her away from me? Itami is mine.'

Casper pov
I mentally chuckled to myself, quietly observing this Ace character.

'Oh so you think that you can just take Itami like that? Oh nuh uh buddy, thats not gonna happen. I don't care if you're her boyfriend or whatever...but Itami will always be my wife. Yeah I'm not his husband...but I will be soon.....soon.'

Ace & Casper pov

'ITAMI IS MINE!'
