Maine was snapchatting when her phone rang. She smiled widely.

"Hey!"

"Hey! Saan ka sa Subic?"

"Somewhere..."

"Luh luh, nanunukso pa?"

"Why do I have to tell you?"

"Because."

"Hahahaha! I won't tell you. It's my secret."

"Maine, you know that all I have to do is check your snapchat right?"

"Uh-huh. Eh 'di tumambay ka dun."

"..."

"Uy...joke lang. Nagtatampo ka na?"

"..."

"Shokoy! Para kang tanga d'yan! Bakit ba kasi kelangan mong malaman?"

"Basta."

Maine rolled her eyes. She really thinks that RJ is the moody one between them. Her own topak adjusted on its own when she's with him.

"Ikaw? Where are you going?"

"..."

Maine got confused. She quickly checked her phone if RJ was still on other line.

"Ah-hah! Alam ko na kung saan ka papunta." RJ suddenly exclaimed.

"Hey! How did you---"

"I have connections that you don't." RJ laughed loud. Maine could sense that she's being teased. She saw the hotel where she made the reservation.

"Saglit lang, magpapark lang ako."

"Nandyan ka na?"

"Yep. Hold on."

Maine parked her car at the basement. After she killed the engine and grabbed her stuff, she pressed the phone back on her ears.

"Where were we again?" She went inside an elevator. "Baka mawala ang signal hah? Paakyat ako ng lobby. Ikaw ba hah? Where are you going? Oh wait, hold that thought. I'm getting off." She tucked the phone between her shoulders and ears as she hitched the sports bag on her other shoulder. " Uy Shoks, d'yan ka pa?"

"Yes. Magdahan-dahan ka naman. Ang dami mo atang dala."

"I'll just get my hotel keys. Oo nga pala, saan ka papunta din?" Maine was looking for her valid ID to give the receptionist. "I saw your snapchats too and don't you ever tell me that it is a secret."

"Sinabi ko ba sa'yong di ko sasabihin kung nasaan ako?"

Maine saw a group of people near the reception area. She slowly wore her shades and lowered her head. "Ang daming nagpareserve. May magpoprose pa 'ata, ang daming balloons. Shoks? Ano ulit ang sinasabi mo?"

"Kako, I didn't say na hindi ko sasabihin kung nasaan ako."

"Oh, eh nasaan ka nga b---"

"Hey..."
