When you entered the camera frame suddenly, asking for food at the store owned by the Sugod Bahay winner. When you just walked in unassuming, no make up and disheveled hair. When you became the comic you, sharing banters with JoWaPao. When you ate that hot cake with no ceramic plate and silverwares. When your smile shone glamour, no colorful lipstick adorning your lips. When you simply came in as Meng and not Maine Mendoza. Di ka naman papansin pero ba't ganun?

It was actually one of the fans that mentioned me in Twitter that I started to realize. She said---assuming that this fan is a girl---my vision is like a microscope when it comes to you. My eyes daw automatically zooms on you everytime you come in the frame. Regardless daw if there are so many people around you, my eyes will always follow your every movement. Sabi pa n'ya, I involuntarily react to every antic that you make, an obvious sign daw that I always pay attention to you. She also said that I was like a mother hen, being watchful in case masaktan ka while at the baranggay. Di ka naman papansin pero ba't ganun?

When I finished reading this observant fan's message, I asked myself, am I that obvious? Because as much as I wanted to be subtle with my own ways of taking care of you, fans still noticed. It's different when you're the one being the mother hen. You are not quiet when you're ranting; specially with my busy schedule last year. You are always asking me if I am okay no matter how many times I tell you that I am. You always ask me how to convince you when my nose all clogged up and I cannot even say pinggan in the normal way. I find it funny when I'm too engross thinking about your well-being then finally realizing that you're busy too thinking about me. Para tayong mag-asawang di matunawan sa kalagayan ng bawat isa.

I will always notice you Meng. No matter how busy I am, wherever I am and no matter who you are with. I will always text Dean with what you are doing at this time or Ate Pat if you have eaten your lunch. I may not see you 24/7, but love, remember that my thoughts about you run round the clock. Drabbles. I realize that kahit anong ginagawa ni Menggay, napapansin ni Chard, specially in JFA. I find it sweet and for me, that's their way of saying "Uy pinanonood kita. Actually, ikaw lang talaga."
